Founded in July of 2000, Fitness Stylz features a café and pro-shop at the front, followed by the main counter, and Studio One. The weight and cardio rooms are also on this floor and feature free weights, machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. The lower floor features three more studios as well as offices for Courtney Norton Massage. 24 hour access for members. Desk is staffed by appointment.

I really like this gym. I am comfortable to do all the workouts I need to do and everyone Is kind, and my neighbor basically.

Community is such a big part of this gym, I've never been to a gym that cares for their community as much as they do. The facility is clean, friendly and safe. Plus the energy of the classes is top notch. I truly look forward to working out there every day!

I love how they know all their members by name. This small town gym has many various machines, nutritious drinks and snacks available for extremely reasonable prices, they also offer free coffee for their early bird members! The members are always kind and helpful.

It's been since covid that I haven't been to Tom's Fitness Stylz, but he's improved the Gym in many ways! anyone who takes their physical health seriously should check the place out/take a class/purchase a membership. It's open for members 24-7-365!
