Love GRIT Training so much. Highly recommend the one on one sessions with coach and founder Beau Burgau. He knows what heβs doing and is so good at holding you accountable. The group classes are great too! Such great energy and the workouts kick butt. If youβre in the Maine area, GRIT is definitely worth checking out!
