Classic gym equipment and nice people.
I liked the circuit room mostly. Everything is very organized, with a weight room downstairs and a cardio room and circuit training upstairs.

Everything about this gym is great. The owners are friendly and responsive. The facility is clean and up to date. You can access it 24 hours a day and the location is convenient. The price is very fair.
Wear layers because it feels chilly when you first arrive.

Very clean and well put together, the price is great and the owner Kyle is always willing to lend a hand if you need it! Extreme top notch ventilation including merv -13 air filters in every room, one of the cleanest environments ive ever come in contact with, gym or otherwise!

We were in Bridgton visiting family for 2 weeks and we got a 2 week pass to this gym. We absolutely loved it. There are day passes, week passes and month passes (along with memberships). My husband lifts heavy and the gym had everything he needed for his workout. I like HITT training and there was an entire room with equipment dedicated to it. We checked out the new gym at the spa down the road as well before choosing this gym. Although the new gym had newer equipment, it was much smaller and atleast triple the price. Lake Region fitness was extremely clean, great AC and is open 24/7. Kyle the owner was so kind and welcoming. Such a great value, easy to find location with plenty of parking. We will definitely be back!

I cannot really rate it yet, as youneed to make an appointment to tour it. As far as i know it's $38.00 monthly or 3 months for $110.00. The bonus is its open 24 hrs a day, and is close enough to me.

This gym is the best in the area. The location, parking, equipment, and 24 hour access all make this is a truly wonderful place to work out. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and were always there for me in any way that I needed. Completely disregard the previous reviewer, as he is apparently a complete fool that likes to play the "race" card and accuse others of racism without hesitation. To call the owners of this gym racist is absolutely offensive. They are sweet people and this gym is a terrific place, so don't let anybody tell you otherwise. Work out here, you wont be disappointed!
