I was thrilled to discover Maine Pilates after I moved to the area last year. It's a beautiful space, conveniently located in downtown Norway, and the classes are fantastic. The instructors are knowledgeable and caring and make sure that all aspects of your experience are really good. I highly recommend this studio!

Their Reformer, Barre, and Yoga classes have made a huge difference in my strength, mobility, and recovery. I came in expecting something easy, but these workouts are challenging in the best way.

Reformer helped me build core strength and stay injury-free, Barre is a killer workout that leaves my legs shaking, and Yoga keeps me loose and less stressed. It’s the perfect mix for anyone who loves to push themselves but needs balance, too.

The instructors are awesome—knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. They make sure you’re doing things right and push you just enough without ever making you feel out of place.
