Ocean Blue is a unique gym. Making appointments and working with trainers keeps you on track and doing the exercises properly. Your workouts are changed on a regular basis so you are not getting bored with too much routine. There are also classes available for anything from a good workout to challenging. There is something for everyone. The trainers continuously get training to keep up with changes. It is a great place and really helped me with pre and post knee replacements to keep me going!

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. My family spent a week in Maine and I wanted fitness to be a focus while there so I set up daily 1:1 training sessions. Jessica was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and changed things up for me each day.
They have a great space with a lot of options, including Pilates machines which I love. A new gym can feel intimidating but everyone made me feel so comfortable from day one. I cannot recommend them enough.
If I lived in Maine, they'd for sure be my daily go to. Please go see them. You won't regret it.

This is a gym like no other. The staff at the gym is amazingly well trained and pays attention to each members individual needs and goals. This is the best gym I've ever been a member of (and I've been a member of many). I would recommend this gym to anyone for any reason!
