I dropped out because of health issues.Fast forward 4 years I went back to enquire about a yearly membership.I was escourted to the door and asked to leave I didnt understand the treatment it was not explained.

THIEVES!!! They have taken out an extra 59.00 49.00 59.00 in addition to my 35.00 every 2 weeks. They said it was a rate increase and I was notified by email. (the hell I was) and I certainly did not sign a new contract agreeing to that number! Please take warning they will use your bank account as their personal atm. *update they closed on the 5th the day after taking another $35.*

Well new to the place and nice enough staff but went this morning not twice and nobody is there and it’s closed when it’s supposed to open at 5am. I saw multiple people showing up so really bad look this morning. I do like the place and hope this isn’t something that happens a lot passing what we pay per month. I’ll do a better review if this ends up being a one time thing. I got a reply already and I appreciate the heck out of that so changed to dive star!

More stuff doesn’t work than works. No heat, no AC this summer. Things have been broken and out of order for almost a year. Not responsive owner, hides behind his employees. Nothing changes, just false hope every time someone complains. This is the worst establishment I’ve ever been to. This is my first google review ever because I believe people should know the truth about this place . They steal money from you also if you pay by card. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I use to go as a plus 1... and it was ny favorite gym.
As a paid member... never again. Theyll charge you a random 50 here, 90 there. Theyll be closed 70% of the time despite the posted hrs on the door. Super rude. Dont allow you to cancel a membership. I had to get the BBB involved for them to cancel my membership. The manager is never in, and will never call you back.
If you have the money to throw away on peopke who will jwrk you around, its a great gym. Otherwise I wouldnt suggest it.

Great gym atmosphere! Not too crowded. All the equipment, as well as other areas to work out more privately if wanted. Great people, and the front desk receptionist is very lively and energetic which is always a good mood setter. Tanning beds is a bonus!

Great place, been going here for for 4 years !! Lots of regulars and the staff go way above and beyond ! Everything you could want in a small gym ! No wait times , clean showers , lockers , hydro bed and tanning with regular bulb changes !!

This place is a train wreck. The only positive thing is the equipment is new and it's in a convenient location. The hours change constantly, the bathrooms are not maintained and management is non existent when you need them. If your payment information changes they immediately refer you to a collection agency and stack on tons of fees. No phone call, no grace period, nothing. I'll be canceling my membership as soon as I find another gym.

You’re scamming people. I tried cancelling three times. Their phone number is out of service and when I attempted to mail a certified letter it was denied and returned back to me. I have blocked their charges through my bank and opened up a fraud case.

If I could give less I would. They have been charging me $35 every 2 weeks for 1.5 years. I no longer live in the area, cannot cancel online, their phone doesn't work and they don't answer emails. Tried Facebook and get autoresponses. Tried calling their Brunswick location and no one answers. I've been trying to cancel for SIX MONTHS!!! OH, and my online portal says I'm past due $180 but it's AUTOPAY and I cannot remove my card from online so TELL ME HOW I could possibly be past due?! I'm about to cancel my debit card as my last resort.

Orange Circuit Fitness is the biggest scam Ever. Another $50 charge for a “optional program” they auto enrolled everyone in. This is all after taking $150+ extra in fees over the past 6 months, scheduling extra monthly payments incorrectly and raising my monthly payments. Done with them!

Since when does a gym just start adding random fees and taking them out of your account when they finally upgrade their poor equipment I’ve never heard of such a thing until being a member at orange circuit. Two months ago I was charged so called upgrade fees along with a higher monthly fee and now once again two more added charges for more upgrade fees. I’m sorry but that’s not in any of the members contracts and isn’t that why you pay a monthly fee in the first place. They are losing my business and I’m sure a lot of others as well. Also the only staff member that I’ve ever seen clean or actually work and is nice there is Denise the rest of the staff just stands at the front on their phone and is rude.

By far my favorite gym in the greater androscoggin area. Staff is amazing , music could be better , but I wear headphones anyways. I have made a lot of personal strides here and will continue to do so. They just got all brand new equipment also.

I had gone this morning with my friend who is a member to try out a new place. I was told for a day pass 20 dollars. I asked a out the outside promotion a $1.00 dollar down. I was told yes $1.00 dollars down plus $20.00 additional once a year annual cost. I explained to front counter person I was new and really just wanted to try it out but rrreal$20.00 for a day pass. So I just walked out and will never go back. I will stay with my gym

TERRIBLE hours, not great staff (but maybe getting better), they will shush you for BREATHING and tell you that you smell, but don't say anything about the women who bath in perfume and have loud long conversations as they literally lounge on the equipment... busted equipment for literally YEARS, crumby locker room and showers, didn't think it could go downhill after transitioning from being a Planet Fitness, but it has. The owners and most staff are CLEARLY not into the gym culture. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was bc it was only $20/month and tanning included... I guess you get what you pay for. Also, they sold me very expired protein shakes and couldn't care less when I brought it to their attention. They are VERY unresponsive to any serious feedback unless you're a whiny old lady I guess... This is a sad sad gym.

I'm in the Maine Army National Guard, this gym has everything you need plus more to have a successful workout, even a private room to watch preloaded video workouts. They have very friendly front desk workers. Max the Manager is always accepting different ways and accommodating improvements, such as buying jump ropes and even having extra headphones when you forget yours.

I went to check this place out, the guy was so rude to me at the front desk. When i signed up it said if i canceled my free membership by the 1st i wouldnt be charged, I didnt like the place so i went in to cancel. Then 2 weeks later they charged me ! Im pretty mad about this.

They shut down the Lewiston branch without notifying members. They are continuing to charge all of these members and have secretly transferred their memberships to the Auburn location. No possibilities for a refund, even those who purchase memberships right before the Lewiston branch closed.

Dishonest business tactics. Stay far away. Do a home gym or pay the extra to go somewhere legitimate. I do not recommend to anyone.

What kind of gym isnt open 24/7 via key card. Not to mention closing the lewiston gym. So yes tomorrow is Thanksgiving, Id like to work out. As a member I should be able to swip my card and enter. That doesnt mean staff has to be present.

Do not join...they are incredibly decietful. I joined a month ago for the easy access in lewiston. They never mentioned that branch was closing. So happy i paid for the entire year in advance. To actually see results you cant just half ass it a few times a week. This gym is lazy and ABSOLUTELY not worth it.

I asked about my refund since i paid a year in advance for the discount...yup not a penny.

I genuinely mean it when I say, stay away from Orange Circuit. Legit honest advise.
