Everything was dirty bathroom, tanning room, mirror, trash was full. I told the girl at the front she said okay and just sat on the counter. I watched she didn't even move or even care.

Was stuck next to a woman on the stairs who was blowing her nose and putting the tissues in the cup holders. Nasty. On top of that she occupies the stairs for over an hour while working out and lifting. Keeps all her stuff on the stairs. Others couldn’t even use the stairs because they were full except for the one that is apparently hers. Mentioned it to the desk and despite him being so nice he pretty much said yeah that she does that every day.,Not sure why she’s allowed to do this.

It’s very clean, close to home and staff is very friendly and helpful. The only small issue is that some people will occupy a machine while on their phone for longer than necessary and not be using it. I wish staff would walk around and keep these people moving so others can use that equipment. Overall I have been happy with my experience so far.

This is a very nice location. Very courteous and friendly staff especially the night crew that is there now. Very good variety of machines. Never had to wait for anything. I’m happy with the gym. The employees are friendly and it’s very clean. The bathrooms and showers are rather small. I had to use a bathroom stall for a dressing room who I got out of the shower. No big deal. Overall I am happy with the place.

Wow, this Planet Fitness in Biddeford is great.....looks like they have tv's on each exercise machine. Dover, NH's Planet Fitness was down for repairs for a month. Came back to all new machines....a nice flat floor but same old far away tv's on the wall. I love it, having a tv on each exercise machine....Come on Dover, how about it?

Worked out here a few times and i have to point out they have no overhead fans! When you walk in temp is fine but start ur cardio workout and it’s brutal! The women’s bathroom was gross! Garbage hadn’t been dumped in a few days, bathroom stalls were gross hairballs all over the floor! But they had 3 people behind the desk just standing there! Even the treadmills were filthy!!!

Katelyn is an amazing worker. She might just be the best vacuumer in the history of all vacuumers. Lots of equipment,staff usually nice,plenty parking. Showers and dressing rooms are lacking. Staff flicks lights while your showering,I've nearly fallen twice due to it. Insufficient safety rails, one dressing area,inadequate surface space in showrs/dressing area. Shower area is cold. Recent experience,two women walking through shower area with camera phones on. Not cool!

I joined Planet Fitness 5 months ago and try to go three days per week. From the initial meeting with the trainer (Pete) through the present, I have found the staff to be friendly and accessible to answer questions. The gym membership is of mixed ages and abilities and is respectful of others. I have benefited from my workouts and look forward to reaching even greater goals. Five stars for sure!

Just joined. On my first visit in my boots were stolen, beware! Fortunately, I locked up my other belongings. The staff was dismissive and wouldn’t do anytime to remedy. Planet Fitness…you get what you pay for! My $10 membership cost me $200 on my first day in, so lame.

I’ve been going to this Planet Fitness location for almost two years now. Having worked in restaurants and healthcare, it’s hard not to notice exceptional customer service when I see it. Katelyn, who opens and works the front desk, is absolutely amazing. Not only is she engaging, helpful and always staying busy, but she knows members by their names. It’s refreshing to see. Interesting PF because it has and hasn't equipment that other PFs have or have not. Each treadmill has its own TV attached to it instead of flat screen TVs hanging from the ceiling. The exercise equipment is spaced out sufficiently. The weight benches and cable equipment are next to each other. They have a 360° & 30 Minutes workout area plus space for stretching. I noticed that staff members were cleaning the equipment. The locker 🛅 room was a little small but it was in decent shape. The massage chair 💺 was relaxing. The staff was friendly. WiFi available. Plenty of parking 🅿️ .
The only issues I had were with some of the other members. I thought the membership at the PF in Portsmouth had an attitude! Some guy opened a locker, noticed it was in use, leaves the door open and complains at me for noticing. I didn't say a word to him. There were a noticable amount of weight slamming and a few people didn't wipe down equipment after they were done. I did meet one person who was considerate.
The lack of air conditioning made the place uncomfortably warm at times.
It is a good place to work out but it has a few issues beyond the staffs control.

They make it almost impossible to cancel your membership and then when you go in to cancel after being too busy to stop by for over a year they give you a hard time and refuse to cancel your account if you haven't paid your most recent fee. I've already given them over $200 for a service I haven't even used. They don't care about their customers and the manager at the location was very rude. Avoid this location and this company. I'll be blocking the payments on my card.

I’ve visited 100+ PF clubs all over the country and I rate all of them on a scale from 3 to 5 stars, based mostly on size and quantity/variety of equipment, since they are otherwise small pretty much the same.

This facility is nice and it’s clean, but it’s one of the smallest clubs I’ve been to and it is definitely lacking a lot of equipment that the larger PF clubs have. The problem with the very small size is that it gets very crowded.

I didn't change the stars though...because in the 6 weeks I've been coming I am seeing an increase in cell phone use at machines..especially in the circuit room! Folks sit for 10 to 15 minutes at a machine texting and oblivious to those trying to move through the room. Or simply tying up the machine for that long. Perhaps more signage reminding users how the circuit room works? There's plenty of tables and chairs and stools and benches for chilling with one's phone.
Happy with facility and blackcard perks. When they find a personal trainer it will be 5 stars

I started off here thinking it was great, up until recently. A few days ago I tried to get into the black card membership room and I was told I had to upgrade, which was fine. I upgraded my membership and went in the next day. The rude employee (which was the same as the day before) told be that she “did not believe” that i upgraded my membership even tho it said I did whenever I scanned my tag. I’ve been to may planet fitness and this is by far the worst experience I have had. That employee completely ruined my night by calling me a liar even tho all the proof was right there. Now I am stuck paying 25$ a month for a membership she isn’t even allowing me to use after she told me to buy it!
