I want to thank those who work into the night to keep this place open 24/7 on the days they are open then. Cameron and Miles (newly added to the team Brandon) are excellent employees that work the front. They are kind and respectful. Thank you to all the staff who keep this Planet Fitness exceptionally clean and welcoming, whereas other locations are not. God bless y'all!

PF Brunswick is nice to visit. The only exception is with the associates not being a little more professional in their job.
Jared was not it, or it would have been brought to his attention, or might not have happened at all.
Associate sitting on the counter while another associate helps a member. She looked at me, then got down. Later, she did the same thing sat on the counter and blew off the member making a comment about sitting on the counter. This associate did not care and did what she wanted.
Because of members coming into PF she has a job, and not be so ignorant !

Great variety of equipment, very big place, good value, helpful trainer, generally happy with it. 4 stars because 9 times out of 10 the showers are NASTY, they gotta clean em way more often than they do…same with that little changing room next to the shower as well. I use it all the time and I’ve only ever seen it actually clean maybe once.

Love planet fitness especially the black card members spa!! It’s an excellent price for the services you get. However at this location specifically I have to say I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the workers, Paula, who was pretty rude to me. I did ask for her name and told her I frequently travel and use planet fitness’s all over the area and usually have a great experience, she immediately became hostile and accused me of trying to get her fired. I then find out from the other employees at the location ( who are awesome!!! ) that she has been gossiping about me to them and potentially using discriminatory language. For context I am a young black woman and the employee in question is an older Caucasian woman. This unpleasant encounter isn’t gonna stop me from using PF… but I think a better training program for employees or a better filter process may be needed.

Also, this location DOES have the Total Body Enhancement machine which is stellar in muscle recovery and achieving smooth blemish free skin!

As a black card member they inconvenience you by making you sign in everytime instead of having the luxury of scanning and going. Also, clearly watched a dude come out of the woman's bathroom? Need to have a special bathroom for those people that want to identify as something they're not.

I’m happy this gym is here it started out really nice and clean. The reason for 3 stars it Seems the cleanliness has definitely gone down hill. Locker rooms could definitely use more attention. The sinks are always covered in water spots along with water all around sinks. The mirrors have what appears to be water spots with possible dried up popped pimples or what ever it might be. I use this facility 2 to 3 times a week can’t help but notice it’s always the same. Lockers in locker rooms usually have sand in the bottoms of the lockers and sand has been there for a while. This gym definitely has a lot of potential & with the right management I believe the cleanliness could come back. I really hope that management takes notice to this review & makes improvements not only for the members but for the staff. Everyone deserves a clean facility.

The gym itself is fantastic. Great equipment and clean. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because whoever does the early mornings is hardly anywhere to be found. So if we want to use the massage beds or anything after our workout the kid at the desk is nowhere to be found. Think I only see him once during the hour in there.

I joined the Planet Fitness, Bruswick for one reason the !! SPA ROOM !! Since joining, i go regularly to fitness classes with Jess. The Entire Brunswick team is welcoming! I belong to uprise yoga as well, i now look forward to my two days at planet fitness as we’ll “ SPA & Fitness Class Day days”. May I also point out that using the red light therapy⭐️ my clarity and brain fog has completely disappeared! Fountain of youth! ⭐️Super clean as well! Keep up the fabulous work!
My only recommendation no Footwear allowed on the Hydro bed. ““No shoe zone”

Beware of this place. Was there Friday April 18. The staff after 7 will make you feel stupid. Came in with my wife, she has a black card that I pay for. Brought me the husband for the first time as a guest. Staff (Kayla or Katelyn) said he needs to sign me in as guest so my wife gladly said ok. Is he set up on your phone she said no. Ok need to send him a link. Asked if I had my phone I said it’s in my truck she rudely said I needed to get it. So went back to my truck and came back in. Saw the link that my wife sent. I then registered and received a confirmation. The girl couldn’t find me in the system. She said to me rudely you need to get on our WiFi. I said why she said cause you have to. So I did. At this point I was getting really frustrated with her. She said retry registering again so I did. I said to her that she wasn’t bring nice. She then walked away got her manager and her manager figured it out. Took about 15 min to check in with a rude staff member wasn’t worth the hassle. Horrible horrible experience!! Made me feel very uncomfortable. They seriously need customer service training especially for customers that are in their 50s. Filing a complaint with their corporate as well.

This is my first PF I've had a membership to. This location has some cool and friendly employees. Always willing to help and give accurate information about their workout equipment, tanning beds and massage chairs. Bathrooms are always clean, and often I see staff wheeling cleaning carts in and out of bathrooms to insure cleanliness. The atmosphere at this gym is welcoming and pleasant.
Also , I am a pre diabetic who often struggles with low blood sugars during my workouts (which is so frustrating ) . Many times their buckets of Tootsie rolls that are on the counter up front, have saved me more than once! Looks funny on treadmill eating candy 😂. Gotta do what I gotta do! 5 stars ✨ for this location!

This is a brand new gym that just opened up in Burnswick and I was sadly disappointed on how filthy the men’s locker rooms were!!! Members shouldn’t been pissing on the shower floors, toilet pubic hair in urine and the smell would open up your nasal passages. I would never recommend going to this location.

I live full time in a skoolie while traveling the country, planet fitness is my go to for a long hot steamy shower that isn’t limited by my tank size and fuel levels. This review is my personal comparison having been to tons of other planet fitness locations and based entirely on the quality of the locker room and shower facilities.

I really wanted to be able to give this one four stars but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. I spent 9 days in the area and I used this one six times. Over the course of time I realized that this has the potential to be a good one but the staff just doesn’t care. Multiple days the locker room was covered in creatine powder or whatever. There was an older guy who was clearly on drugs in the locker room having a loud and obscene conversation with himself. This occurred twice so it’s clearly behavior they allow. The water heater is set too low so the water takes forever to get hot and one of the showers was clogged with paper or god knows what for two days. … actually after writing this all out I’m downgrading to two stars from three. Management needs to get their act together.

This new location is beautiful, clean, spacious, and the equipment is brand new with solid choices for both traditional and functional fitness training. (LOVE the side rooms and the multiple universal cable systems.). Also, the amenities for the black membership are fantastic. The locker rooms are very clean. (don't forget your towel!) It's a really great value overall.

Further, the manager Jared listened to my wife and my requests and promptly addressed them. We're really grateful, Jared. Thanks!

Lots of equipment choices, great spa options and help from staff. I have an injury and the manager helped train me on a rehabilitation machine which is doing wonders! Black card is totally worth it. This is the best planet fitness I’ve been to and I’ve been going to them across the country since 2002. Don’t hesitate, join!

Great gym, large and open Floorplan. Very clean. Not busy at all when I went on a Saturday afternoon. Staff is friendly. Def come back 👍
