Usually good staff, but there can be 15 standing outside and the staff are not allowed to open 1 minute early. This seems so stupid . They stand around pretending to be busy.

Curtains are too narrow in the shower so water gets out on the floor or you get your towel wet or the towel of the person in the next shower!!!

Clean gym & clean hot showers. They really couldve spent a couple extra cents to make the shower curtain actually block people from seeing in. Youd be better off bringing your own curtain or taking the last stall so you can block the right side and have the wall to your left since people cant walk past the other way. Ive been to many planet fitnesses across the country and have never had that issue before 🤷‍♀️

It is getting very tiring that the staff here are unable to enforce the rules in the HIT room. That room is for circuit training NOT for people to go in there and just sit and talk while taking up the machines and not moving.

The staff just walk by and never say anything to those people. There have been many complaints yet nothing is ever done. When the light turns colors you get up and move to the next station. I have even seen people stretching on the machines instead of using them how they were intended to be used.

Falmouth staff you need to grow a spine and make people follow the rules. Stop being complacent and lackadaisical and make people use the room correctly. I’m seriously thinking of canceling both my and my spouse membership.

I've been to Planet Fitness locations in multiple states and this one is by far my favorite. Chad is an awesome personal trainer, if you are looking for a professional to help you with your fitness goals definitely set up some training with him. I, and my boyfriend, were banned because their employees think it’s okay to harass customers every time they go in. The regional manager did not listen to my side of what actually happened, and then banned my boyfriend and I. They sent me an email saying my boyfriend was banned, when he did not have a membership. One of those employees should be fired, and she’s right always at the front desk.

Not my own experience, but banning someone because one of your crusty employees didn’t like her and because this individual stated falsehoods about someone’s character doesn’t sit right with me. Accusations should be investigated fully. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. You banned this individual without actually doing any real investigating into the situation. The Planet Fitness facility at Falmouth is seldom crowded and the staff is obliging and helpful. The music is set to the correct volume so that if you want to listen to it you can but it is not overwhelming and requiring your own personal set of earbuds to drown out the volume. The place is airy and well lit; the ceilings, unlike some facilities, is painted white instead of black, giving it a more open feel. Locker areas and showers are clean, well maintained and in excellent condition.

They got all the machines your heart could ever desire and free weights to 75lbs. Staff uphold the welcoming, no judgement atmosphere and do a good job manning the front desk. This is my home gym. The staff is generally great. Had a weird experience the other night when a muscle boy I hadn't seen before decided to do his own "circuit" in the general workout area, using his water bottle to block off the pec fly machine. When he was not using it, I attempted to cycle in a set, and was stopped by him. I never did get to use the machine. I probably should have reported it to the desk, but didn't have the time or energy.
