The amount of people that dont wash their hands after leaving the toilet stalls is insane, every time I go use the restroom here. Some one leaves the toilet stall and goes right to the gym equipment. You just hear a toilet splash, messing with the toilet paper roll, and less than 10 seconds later, they are out of the stall and straight back into working out... more than one person too, its never the same person... I only know what I saw in the mens restroom. One day I decided cleaning the equipment before I sit is not enough... and canceled my membership

Same issue as last planet fitness, but more of the same type of people who dont wash their hands. So in the other its at least 1 person every time I need to use the restroom... In this one they are way more Bold going from the urinals to lockers/equipment.

Question for Area Manager or Corporate...Why is it that Corporate decides what channels are on in our gym? You only have 5 tv's in the Lewiston PF? "5" ! I dont think home office people come to this gym do they? Isnt this a little overboard in controlling don't you think? You don't give Seniors much options either. I know I'm not the only one that notices this. Can't you make this a little better for all ?

As a Black Card member, I’m sticking to the Auburn location! This assistant manager (I think his name is Mark) at this location is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t hold the standard of a Judgment-Free Zone.

This is hands down the WORST Planet Fitness I’ve ever been to. They refused to allow me and my service animal inside, claiming my app “wouldn’t scan.” I’ve never had this issue at any other location. I even called my hometown Planet Fitness, and they said they’ve never heard of that problem either.

As soon as I walked in, a female employee immediately snapped, “You can’t have a dog in here,” before even letting me scan. I explained that if they allowed me to check in, it would display all the service animal information tied to my membership.

When the app didn’t scan right away, the assistant manager, Mark, started joking around with the female employees, saying, “Look, he can’t even scan in—just leave it to that,” while clearly noticing how hostile the employee was being toward me. Not only was that unprofessional, but as a female, his behavior and dismissiveness felt disrespectful and condescending.

I’m a Black Card member, my account is active and freshly renewed, and the app clearly displayed today’s date. Even after learning from higher-ups that they legally cannot refuse a service animal, Mark continued to deny me entry, hiding behind a “system error.”

This location needs serious retraining on ADA laws, professionalism, and basic respect. I will not only be posting this review but also filing an ADA complaint. If you’re a service dog handler or expect to be treated with dignity, I highly recommend avoiding this location.

0/10 would not recommend! My daughter and her friends went to the new Planet Fitness for the first time today. While checking in, they were greeted with hostility and an uncalled-for attitude followed by accusations from the assistant manager, Mark (bald man with a beard) because one of their QR codes didn’t load fast enough. He insinuated that they were trying to “sneak in“ without paying. Not only did this make my daughter and her friends very uncomfortable, I am LIVID as a parent! RIDICULOUS, the regional manager will be contacted. Do better PF!

The scanner would not work to scan my phone and the blonde female at the desk had a mouth full of food which was falling out and spraying myself and the counter as she demanded my phone so she could scan it herself, bit with complete sentences, but by saying "gimme your phone!". Maybe teach basic elementary manners to your staff. Like speaking kindly and not spitting food on guests. Hope that helps

I’ve been asking for over a month now to put at least one TV on espn and they keep saying they have to run it by corporate! 4 tvs with all the same news channels!! Hopefully they have hot water today!!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Multiple members of the staff have bad attitudes and treat you like you aren’t a paying customer. They mess with your account and then explain what they did (ex: cancelling your membership to transfer you to another gym and THEN telling you that it had to be cancelled) and purposefully not communicating with you about certain rules (bringing a black card guest, what they can and can’t use and how many times), it is in my opinion not worth attending. I will stick with the Auburn location. Very unhappy with my visit.

As someone who has gone to the gym on and off because of comfort level, time restrictions, etc… this gym is phenomenal! It has all the equipment I like to use and makes my workouts very efficient. The staff is very friendly, always greeting me when I walk in and wishing me a good day when I leave. They also keep things very clean. I really enjoy the judgement free zone and love how the gym is 24 hours. It makes getting there, with my consuming schedule, much easier. I would recommend this gym to anyone but especially a beginner just starting out! :)

Wouldn’t recommend this location, the customer service wasn’t good.. When we first walked in with crocs and socks the blonde lady asked if we had sneakers when we told her we didn’t she rolled her eyes at us and than the man with the beard rudely told us we weren’t allowed to come in. Go to the auburn location!!
