If you want to learn how to fight and protect yourself then all this gym does is provide basic tenets like holding your hands up and blocking punches. There are no trainers here including the owner Bobby Russo who know how to teach AND demonstrate counter attacking. Which is the highest level to reach in boxing. Forget this place and go somewhere else.

It's an off beat place to go but if you can find it and you are dedicated then this is the place for you! Don't go unless you are serious about training or you want to get a good work out because this is a high level place to go and get the training you need to become a great fighter...
