I just started at Riverbend and it has been such a great experience that I wanted to leave a review. I love the assortment of class choices for all different levels. I’ve taken two of Katy’s classes & love them. They’ve really helped me slow down and I’ve had some much needed release of tension & stress.

Although I haven’t tried one yet, I like that they are offering some interesting workshops and have some unique classes that other yoga studios don’t have.

I’m looking forward to some warmth there through our cold season (& hope the studio is warm through the winter) 🥶.

I look forward to trying some of the other teachers too! RB seems like a great place to practice yoga & go deeper.

Riverbend Yoga has truly become my home studio! Anna is an incredible instructor who makes every class welcoming and approachable for all experience levels, from complete beginners to those with years of practice. She has such a warm and supportive teaching style that makes you feel comfortable and confident while still being challenged.

Anna and Diana have created such a beautiful and peaceful space here. Every time I walk through the door, I instantly feel happier and more grounded. The community they’ve built is so inviting, and I always leave class feeling better than when I came in.

I can’t recommend Riverbend Yoga enough, it’s truly the best!

After taking 5 months off from my yoga practice for various reasons, I retuned to Riverbend for a vinyasa flow class with Delaney. As in the past it did not disappoint. I love the intimacy of the space, and the pace of the class was slow yet deep and thorough. It allowed me to feel more in tune with my body and mind unlike other studios I have been to in the past. I highly recommend this studio whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for a while.

I’ve been doing their outdoor yoga in the park series summer 2025 and it’s really been an epic way to start my Sunday. Just a short drive from Portland. (Yes, my mats are sick)

I started taking yoga classes at Riverbend in June using their 30-day new student promotion which allowed me to try out unlimited classes and different instructors. The space and instructors are warm, supportive and welcoming. Even after having a major surgery and needing to take time to heal at home for a few weeks, I have felt confident coming back to class, doing what my body needs, which sometimes looks different than my instructor. Modifications are always encouraged. This studio is a gem!

Enjoying this studio for 2.5 years since I moved to N Yarmouth. The teachers are so uniquely qualified to hold space for each individual student at their pace of practice. Always encouraged to be good to yourself, not so much good at yoga. More important is the connection of breathe and movement

I have taken Yoga on and off for several years.I told myself I was going to commit but kept putting it off.I finally realized that I needed to take care of my mind and body.I found Riverbend Yoga Studio about 3 months ago and have been practicing regularly 2-3 times a week.It has helped me tremendously.I absolutely love the studio, it is beautiful and welcoming. It gives you a sense of community and belonging.I also like the space as it is big enough for about 15 people which makes it more inviting. The instructors Marni Prince and Delaney Fillinger are awesome.I highly recommend the studio!

I enjoyed a wonderful class with Amy today, Yoga for the Stiff and Reluctant. Nice pacing, expert instruction, and well planned sequence of poses. I left feeling relaxed, renewed, and more flexible. Amy offered a focus on the feet, outer hip strengthening and balance poses to challenge us just the right amount. I’m looking forward to another class.

I recently took a Monday night vinyasa class with a friend at Riverbend, it was the perfect start to my week.

Having a dependable studio right in Yarmouth is so nice, especially since I no longer need to drive to Portland for a quality practice. Anna, the instructor, was fantastic—her expertise and warm demeanor created an inviting atmosphere where I could relax and fully immerse myself in my practice. I'm eager to make this studio a regular part of my routine going forward!

If I could give them a ZERO I could! I am APPALLED at the way my husband was treated at this establishment! He has had two major shoulder surgeries in the last six months and just finished physical therapy. They recommend yoga as an ongoing treatment for his injuries. As an Independent Contractor he starts early, so their 6-7 class seemed like a good fit. He arrived there this morning parked and went to the door, it was locked so he returned to his work van to wait. Another woman entered, so he followed but they locked the door in his face. A cruiser then arrived and the officer began to question him. Why was he there? He certainly doesn’t look like the yoga type! Why pull on the door handle? (Of an place that was open) They even demanded a SOBRIETY test! Eventually he was let go, but this is absolute discrimination! You should be ashamed.

I love this studio, instructors & location! They have many class offerings to meet your needs and the instructors are great at offering options depending on your level within each class. The owners are local & very involved in the business which I also appreciate.

This is a lovely studio. They offer excellent Yin and Vinyasa classes, and some very cool workshops (a reiki/yoga infusion workshop, to name one). I've practiced Yin with several teachers at this studio now, including the owner, Amy Sedgewick - and the owner's Yin class was *phenomenal*. She is also a Dr. and understands how the body works from a western medicine perspective. We did some AMAZING fascia-breaking up yin postures (using gravity/passivity to break up fascia). She has also ordered sandbags to help further the passive yin stretches. (I can't wait for that.) Her class specifically is a very cool mixture of western/eastern approaches. The Vinyasa style in the one Vinyasa class I took was a nice, meditative pace. Definitely not bootcamp style (thank goodness). They have a peaceful studio that is small, and I have been to a couple of crowded classes, but during the day it's nice and spacious.
