Staff is friendly and informed. They greet you when you come in. The facilities are clean. They have workout towels/ cooling towels and cleaning towels that are easily accessible. A very good place to work out. Great instructors. I've never had a problem here.

Ive only been going here for a couple weeks, but very impressed. As much equipment here as any big box gym. Tons of weight training and cardio both. Super clean. Friendly employees. Nice locker room. Plenty of parking. Excellent value for your money.

The staff are friendly, it’s clean, and I really enjoy the free classes. However I wish they had some of the newer machines, like a hip thrust machine and a few others.

Been to many gyms since I started lifting. I’m from South Carolina and purchased a day pass for two days while i was here in Maine. The gym is overflowing with equipment, from sauna, steam room, brand new hack squat, racks, machines, cables, stretching room, cycle room, indoor pickleball court, etc. The photos online didn’t do it justice. When I was searching for a place to workout I almost chose another location but I’m glad I chose Somerset. Staff were super friendly and gave out lots of complimentary snacks, deodorant, and other items. Would do anything to move this gym back home to columbia. 5 stars

The gym is nice and spacious. A ton of different equipment. The staff and patrons are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the men's locker room is terrible. Hardly any bench space, broken lockers, terrible showers. Just overall a rundown feel. Owned by a hospital and not cheap for their 1000+ members so there's no excuse for any of that. Hopefully they address that soon.

I absolutely love this gym because it offers fitness that meets the needs of all ages. It is so large and offers 37 exercise classes throughout the week, as well as, weights, machinery that you never feel uncomfortable or rushed. The staff are highly trained and very diverse.

One of the best gyms I've been to in the country. I am a competitive power lifter And natural bodybuilder so it's important to me to have a well equipped gym with the right atmosphere. One of the few gyms you'll ever go to war you don't need earbuds. The music is pretty decent they play mostly classic rock And some early alternative rock and grunge
