StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Oak Hill offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Strange policies hurt my right shoulder. They don’t answer the phone. John the manager threatened to put me in collections because I wanted to cancel immediately. They are not looking at the full body and I wouldn’t let them take a penny of my hard earned money. Be Careful of what you sign up for.

In March of 2024 I had reached a point that my mobility was becoming a concern.. I said out loud I just wish someone could stretch me out... And then all of a sudden... An ad for Stretch Lab popped up on Facebook. I immediately made my first appointment and with that I felt after just one session I was going in tbe right direction immediately. Chris W has basically reversed years of damage from both hard labor and sitting... Yes sitting is not good for you.. Give Chris W and Stretchlab a try.. You will thank me..

I’ve been stretching with Stretch Lab for one month now and the results have been significant from the very first stretch. I’m sleeping better and experiencing less pain in my shoulders and lower back. Hannah, Sydney, Alex, Marcus and the rest of the staff are super fantastic people and do a wonderful job. I highly recommend using Stretch Lab for your overall health!

This place is a god send. My experience with sara has taken away aches and pains that have persisted for years when nothing else helped. The gm alex is amazing and the whole staff is so welcoming. Highly recommend for anybody who plays golf...or is generally trying to stay active.

I found this place on a Facebook book ad and im soooo glad I did! This is just what I've been looking for. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job with clients and really seem to care about everyone that goes there. I cant say enough about hannah as she is very polite, professional and a fun girl to joke with. I always leave there feeling better and happy. Thank you stretchlab you guys rock!!

The employees are great, the owner is awful. Had a frozen account, they unfroze it without me asking them to. Spoke to the owner, he wouldn’t refund me the money , which ultimately cost him a customer for the long run. I would have continued to go back once my schedule calmed down after a couple months.

HANNAH R, from the Oak Hill StretchLab, is THE GREATEST FLEXOLOGIST!!!! She is patient and engaging, has a kind spirit, and approaches every session with a positive, supportive energy! She cares enough to tailor each of your stretches individually to help with what is feeling tight or tender for that day. She listens intently to your needs and targets each stretch session to make sure you are getting exactly what you need for your time in the StretchLab. I have been working with Hannah R for nearly a year, and would not want to have anyone else work with me (although they are ALL very good). Each time I leave feeling so much better than when I walked in!!

The product is great and the employees are nice! The customer service on the other hand is unsuitable and communication isn’t good. From my experience and several others experience, no one fully understands that being a member, you automatically get enrolled to a payment program. When they took my card, there was no explanation that I was enrolled to a $189 monthly membership. After realizing this, I tried speaking with someone about it and the owner refused to pay me back for a months membership and refused to take any feedback about the lack of communication.

I am a physical therapist local to the area and I was skeptical at first as I tried my first stretch at stretchlab, but the experience exceeded expectations. I left feeling like I had an hour massage, best part was that the effects lasted for days. I would recommend trying it!

Agree with many other posters: the team members providing the services are well intentioned but the management is shady to say the least. Allegedly buried somewhere in the contract that you have no meaningful opportunity to review and that would be deemed an unenforceable contract of adhesion, is detail about their ridiculous cancelation policy. But, at least for myself, I can say that I was mislead by owner/franchise holder/manager (?) John, who simply told me I was required to sign up for three months and then could terminate auto-billing thereafter if I wanted to pay as I go. That, of course, would have been the appropriate time to simply state that some prior notice period was required. When I brought this to John's attention and gave him the opportunity to be a decent, rational person, his only response was to claim that he didn't sign me up in the first place (not true) and fall back on the deceptively hidden contract clause. Then after rescinding in writing my authorization to change my card, they tried repeatedly to do so. Now I'm getting calls and emails trying to collect on services I don't want and Stretchlab doesn't have to provide. Stretchlabs, you made a mistake and you suffer no harm but just letting this go, so be a responsible company. Be sure to report your concerns to the Maine Consumer Protection Division and the Better Business Bureau.

My daughter and I went with hopes that are tight hamstrings and other muscles would have relief. The owner helped us with an appointment, but one of the trained employees wasn't able to come in for our appointment. However Hannah who was there gave us an option that my daughter and I were able to do. The AI technology that shows your body's restrictions was very interesting. Hannah was definitely a trained technician that educated and assisted my daughter and I to feel better. We will be back

Just finished a stretch with Janessa! She is fabulous! I’ve been going to the StretchLab for over a year now. I did have to pause my membership for a few months and they worked with me to help me do that. The only thing I wish is that they had a location in Portland or north of Portland! The Hypervolt is also awesome , I bought one for myself a year ago and just got two for Christmas presents!

I gave a verbal cancellation and was charged when I called the owner said that it has to be written. I canceled two of my stretches the previous month because of illness and was told you can only carry over one appointment. The employees that do the work are good. But I Do not recommend anyone joining as the owner is just out to take the money from the customers for work not done.

This place is so amazing! I’ve been coming here for four months and have expanded my range of motion in my shoulders and hips, which is resulting in a better golf swing & pickleball rating!! The studio, staff and atmosphere couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming!

I went to one session and thought it was going to be very helpful with my list of issues, I made a 3 month commitment $300 a month. I went for my 2nd session to find out they canceled my appointment no call or notification. This was most discouraging and unprofessional, I asked to be let out of the contract and refunded my money. The owner was very dismissive towards me and very condescending, he even laughed at me a couple of times saying I was strange for requesting a refund. Buyer beware with this place.

I’m extremely disappointed with StretchLab’s handling of their membership services; their approach feels deceptive, dishonest, and unprofessional. Despite numerous attempts to cancel my subscription, and following the fine print of their contract to the letter, owner John has continued to charge my credit card each month without my consent. Both the owner and the management team have been unhelpful and dishonest, making it nearly impossible to get this issue resolved. This experience has been frustrating and I would caution anyone thinking about signing up to consider other options. The only positive aspect is the dedicated frontline employees.
