Extremely disappointed with the Sugarloaf Sport & Fitness Center. The pool/hot tub facility is in poor repair and not regularly cleaned. The ceiling has numerous stains and failing tiles due to roof leaks. The pool wall has significant cracking where the wall meets the crown with obvious signs of staining and neglect. We were there for two hours and I did not see a single staffer come to pick-up discarded towels or clean piles of hair from collection points near the pool ladder and hot tub stairs. Until I see “renovated” and/or “under new management,” we will not be returning. Of note Boyne was quick to put up their new Orange and Blue signage around the facility to absolve themselves of liability. Those signs look lovely. We did not use the racquet ball courts or gym, so can’t speak to those facilities.

Fantastic massages! Love the hot tubs, saunas and steam room inside the locker rooms. Great setup and service! All for a really good price at the base of the ski area.

Although pricey ($12 a person) everyone is amazing as always. Typical can do attitude. Liquids allowed in pool area but no food. Amazing pizza and salads, a must have after the slopes!!
