I invite anyone who wants to be stronger and more flexible to try yoga. I am honestly shocked by the positive difference in my mind, body and spirit. The energy from the students and instructors you get is top notch. I cant believe ive only been doing this 3 weeks. We have tried a few other local studios and Sundara is the best by far. Thanks to them Yoga is now a part of our daily routine.:) 5 star all the way

Had the most soothing, restorative, aerial yoga session this evening with the lovely Murielle. I felt so comfortable, supported and felt like I was floating! I feel so lucky to have found Sundara! The studio is beautiful and the teachers are top-notch. I live in Portland and find the drive to Brunswick is well worth it for the experience and professionalism I have found at Sundara. The class selection and schedule offers a level and time for everyone. The parking is also a plus!

As a soon to be graduate of the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Sundara Yoga, I can attest to the genuine commitment and caring Mae and Murielle Corwin extend to their students in both the YTT and in studio classes. My experience at Sundara Yoga has truly been transformative. Beautiful and comfortable space near downtown Brunswick with great and inspiring teachers. Props I haven't seen elsewhere and the kind of strong, directed (but kind!) teaching that makes you want to stay in plank waaay longer than you'd planned. Every detail of this second floor studio has been lovingly planned and executed. Look for the live-edged wood benches and counters, made by the husband and father of the mother-daughter team that recently opened Sundara, Murielle and Mae Corwin.
