If you are looking for a supportive and βquickβ workout you need to check out The Exercise Coach! I love all the coaches. I love that I can get a full body workout in just 20-30 minutes. I love that I can see my improvement in strength each visit! I have already told several of my friends and my doctors about The Exercise Coach!

All of the coaches at The Exercise Coach are excellent. They are friendly and encouraging. I have been going to The Exercise Coach in Portland for over a year and the difference in my strength is incredible. I no longer feel worried about walking up and downstairs. I have better footing on uneven paths and I just feel better overall. The best thing is, I can never find an excuse to not go to Exercise coach for the incredible 20 minute workout.

Portland's Exercise Coach rocks! The coaches are terrifically pleasant and listen closely to how I feel doing various exercises as neither they (nor I) want me to get hurt. Within two months of joining I was able to swing my thirty-pound grandson around with no complaints from my lower back. The studio is immaculate, appointments run on schedule, and free parking is nearby. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach.

I've been coming 2-3 times per week for three years. I have never been able to maintain an exercise routine in the past. The difference w TEC is it meets me where I am, and it's hard to make an excuse for a 20 min workout. You can do almost anything for 20 min! The coaches are so supportive and I see the difference! I'm so much stronger.. highly recommend. You can do it.

Looking for a customized workout in a clean, bright comfortable atmosphere? This location is all that and more! I love the customized, challenging workouts in only 20 minutes! The coaches are amazing, very knowledgeable, fun and motivating. There is nothing intimidating about TEC, Iβve been coming consistently twice a week for 7 months and I absolutely love it - I could never get these kinds of results working out on my own!

I love how clean and organized the studio and I appreciate the attention of the staff and how knowledgeable they are. All I have to do is show up, do the work and leave! The other guests are supportive and the staff is motivating. The programs are easy to follow and I love tracking my progress. Great program!

Dec 2024: Highlights - Encouraging and supportive coaches, ease of booking sessions online, clean studio and facilities, easy parking, workout can be done in less than 25 minutes.
Great place, with supportive and encouraging coaches, definitely seeing an improvement in my overall strength.
June 2024: The studio is always clean and tidy. Fun and helpful coaches who listen to you and make suggestions to accommodate strains, sprains and injuries. Always a great atmosphere!

The staff are all so wonderful to work with. Gabriel is very knowledgeable about fitness and goals, Colton always plays the perfect motivational music and says things to motivate you, Ben gently nudges you to get the most from you, Rachel always has a positive attitude. There is one more female trainer I have not met yet. I have been working with them since late July, usually twice per week 20 minute workouts based around strength training and I have lost weight, gained muscle mass and just feel better and stronger. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The staff treats me in a non-competitive manner. I am measuring me against myself from each workout, looking for signs of improvement or holding experiences. Neat place to go for only 20 minutes of workouts that strenghten me and increase my balance.

I started working out at EC in Portland in May 2021. They offered two free training sessions which convinced me that this program to increase strength is effective and is measurable. The various exerbotic machines track my increase in strength. I can't say enough about how the coaches support, encourage and help to maximize my fitness.
The metabolic challenge in October was an added benefit to encourage me to make healthy some changes in my eating plan.
I look forward to each workout session and have met some terrific people in my group!

Words cannot express how much I love this gym. The trainers are amazing and make sure you are on task and knowledgeable about how to use the machines so you can complete your workout to the fullest. Trainer Gabriel is a good motivator and knows how to make you feel comfortable as well as triumphant with your workout progress. Trainer Karen keeps you going and feeling confident about each stride you make. Will gives great pointers and advice on how to execute the workout in the most efficient way.
I am someone who has always had an aversion to the gym and coming here I have never felt more welcomed and included. The staff truly care about your success and make sure you commit to the recommended twice a week workouts. I have only been going for a month and I already feel stronger each day. I actually look forward to going to the gym now and continuing my progress with this impeccable staff.

I love the individual and group classes. The machines that have the eccentric and concentric focus are so important for muscle building. I've improved on average 85% from the first go at the machines. I still accommodate for my injury as I get stronger. The coaches keep track of my settings and help with motivation and ideas to keep my workout safe and progressing to my goals. Small class size is great!

It only requires two, 20 minute sessions per week and the program is customized for each member. Iβve been blown away by the results β my muscle mass has improved in ways I could never imagine.
