Danielle is a great teacher. She is all about using Pilates to build core strength in a controlled, clear and logical way. Over the years I’ve done all sorts of conditioning classes, and this is definitely a great choice for my age and fitness goals!

Danielle is a remarkable teacher. She is thoughtful, kind, and encouraging. In her classes, I almost always have a moment of "can I really do this"? And the answer is always yes. You don't even know you've left your comfort zone until she's led you there and beyond. Rockport is so lucky to be gaining such a fantastic teacher and studio!

I have been taking pilates with Danielle on Vinalhaven for years. She is an amazing teacher - warm, composed, thorough, and systematic. I feel stronger after every class! It only makes sense that she is opening a studio in Rockport. It will be great, but we are really going to miss her classes on the island!

Danielle Poole is an excellent instructor, knowledgeable and very helpful, attuned to the individual student’s skill level, posture, and physical challenges. Each class features a varied flow of exercises that “work” different muscles so that in the course of a few weeks one feels that one’s body is more flexible and stronger overall. The 55-minute classes fly by. Highly recommend!!!
