Pilates and barre class through train your inner athlete are the best classes I have ever taken. Tina is an excellent instructor who is welcoming, challenging and proves a phenomenal work out. The times during the week and weekend are great too. Highly recommended

It is the one I have found myself continuously returning to because of the affordability and the motivational environment. Lisa is a knowledgable certified heath coach who creates a supportive and a fun environment no matter the class or training program you choose for you! She constantly accommodates cardio classes for my injuries while helping me strengthen and maintain mental toughness along the way.
