We had the best class with Romee May during our recent Boothbay trip. My husband and I booked a private family yoga class for us and my parents who are new to yoga. My parents absolutely loved the class and felt comfortably challenged while building out their yoga foundation. The class was perfectly balanced and such a great way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommend a class with Romee May!

Rommee May is the best yoga instructor -- ever! Classes at YogaFirm are challenging but students are always encouraged to go at their own pace. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming to new students and the instruction is spot-on. The private instruction is very helpful if you have an injury or want to advance your own yoga practice. Can't recommend YogaFirm highly enough!!!
