I joined 39 Minute Workout about 5 years ago, it was one of the best decisions I have made. The workouts are challenging and always different. The owners and trainers really care about you, and motivate you. The 39 community of people are so wonderful, supportive and fun! Yes, that's right I said "FUN"!

The community members are welcoming and encouraging. The owners and trainers share their knowledge and will often give you subtle adjustments to help make your workouts more affective. I have been a member of this community for over 6 years and so happy that I did the trial back in September of 2016. It is more than just a gym. The owners, David and Abby, really care about their members and offer more than just a place to take a kettlebells class and workout. They offer nutrition advice and other services. The nutrition advice is simple to follow and has had an impact on the way I eat and live. Recently, they provided interested members a subscription to an app so that we could try a different way of tracking our nutrition. What other studio would do that? I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the rest of the dedicated trainers - Drew, Betsy, and Jamie - they are all awesome and I consider them my friends. This is an awesome community to be a part of!

5 years ago I joined 39 Minute Workout and I never looked back. I have never been as committed to any type of fitness program as I am to kettlebells. I love the combination of strength and cardio. Every day is different workout which keeps it fresh and new!

Fantastic small group fitness gym! Supportive, welcoming, kind and inspiring community of members. The classes are an incredibly efficient workout - awesome mix of strength and cardio. Every class is different- they are always spicing things up with new moves, new challenges, etc. The trainers are really helpful in making sure you are doing the moves safely, with proper form. Can't say enough great things about 39 minute.

If you are looking for a great place to help you get stronger and leaner, than this is the place for you! I was nervous in the beginning of doing kettle bells since I had never used them before but there was no need to be worried! The trainers are amazing at working with you on form and proper technique. Within a few classes I felt confident in myself. I am so happy that I pushed myself outside of my comfort zone and joined. Not only do you get the benefits of becoming stronger and leaner, but you learn nutrition tips and are surrounded by uplifting supportive people! I am so thankful for this fym!!

I been doing kettlebells here for 5 years and I don't imagine I'll ever stop. Once I finally owned the fact that I wasn't going to workout on my own at home, or make good use of my time at a regular gym, I decided small classes were the only thing that would keep me accountable and get the job done, and I was right. Here, I know the trainer and the other people in class and it keeps me coming back, and it is a small enough community that if I stop showing up, someone is going to reach out and ask why. The workout are a really good mix of strength, functional movement, and cardio, which are done in an extremely efficient 39 minutes, which I can absolutely budget into my day. I highly recommend joining. The money is well spent when you actually get stronger.

I joined 39 Minute Workout over a year ago because I was determined to become and stay strong enough to keep-up with my now adult kids. Beyond all the mountain climbing and other adventures I'm now able to actively enjoy with my family, I absolutely LOVE the community at 39 Minutes. They motivate me and make working out so much fun!

I can't say enough good things about this gym. I have been a member of 39 Minute Workout for 2 1/2 years and can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I've made in years. I joined because I desperately needed to prioritize my health and lose weight after raising 2 children, never making time for myself and no real exercise in many, many years.

39 Minute Workout offers a 30 day trial and although I was not excited about exercising I was hooked by week 3 of the trial. The classes are small and every day is a different workout so there's no getting bored. David, Abby, Drew, Betsy and Wendy are all amazing instructors. They help you to succeed by showing you the proper way to move and encouraging you to challenge yourself. The members are also super supportive, there is zero judgment in this gym. Also included in the membership is nutrition counseling. A great benefit for a gym!

I've lost over 70 lbs and countless inches. I am stronger, more confident than I have been in years, and feel fantastic. One of the many bonuses is all the new friendships I've made in this great community. I highly recommend you give 39 Minute Workout a try. It is worth every penny and then some!

I feel like I have found my home at this gym! The owners and trainers truly care about their clients and want them to be the best they can be. I love the fact that the classes are small, the trainers walk around and monitor everyone to make sure you are doing the moves correctly. The workouts are different each day and that keeps me from getting bored. I highly suggest you give it a try!!

39 Minute workout. Probably the best thing that happened to me during the pandemic. I came across them while they were working-out in the parking lot during summer mornings due to the pandemic restrictions. I wanted to try them and joined 39-minute workout with a trail membership, and now it has been 9 months and I am still with them. I certainly lost pounds and few inches during this time, but I gained a lot of strength and self-confidence, I am more active and healthier now. I would say this is the best $$$ I spent on my health ever. Their workouts are great and not at all intimidating and the trainers are the best. They make you feel welcome and motivate you in every step of the process and help you learn new skills as you progress. I typically visit 3 classes per week and the results that you achieve with just three 39-minute workouts are awesome.

Another best part is the knowledge and information they share in their “Nutrition groups”. They support you by educating on how to make your meal nutritious and healthier rather than talking about calories.

They maintain all the COVID precautions and follow the guidelines, they also provide online classes and ad-hoc streaming options.

David and Abby have created a fantastic, encouraging fitness community where you can not only get in shape but make friends who can support you on your journey. I've been working out twice a week for 4 1/2 months. This is the first time I've actually looked forward to working out. I am uncoordinated and was out of shape when I started. I have lost inches and feel strong and proud. The trainers have all been extremely encouraging, motivating, and very patient with me. When I've needed correction when doing a move in an unsafe way, they've done so in a caring way without making me feel stupid. They make the classes fun and change things up to keep us motivated and challenged. Additional support through social media and email on nutrition and well being adds to making me the best version of myself. They also have parties and make the members feel like the 39 minute family and not just customers.

Took earliest class on a Thursday morning. The instructor was already set up for me and took time to explain everything and teach me the correct form. Seems to genuinely care about the success of his clients. It's a tough class and you need to go at least 2X a week....I can't see how you won't get results.
