Coach Drew is the absolute best, my daughter was already a state champion in the 400 meters as endurance was her specialty. She was lacking in strength & power, and after working a full off season with Coach Drew her short sprint times improved dramatically while becoming a state champion in the 200 as well!

Overall, I found Drew’s training to be very beneficial, in so many ways, physically and knowledgeable that you always share willing & genuine. Very passionate about what you do. His training is a lifestyle. Always well prepared and you made sure that everyone into the group settings was able to keep up with the pace of the sessions. Andrew is a very knowledgeable trainer who enables you to do things that you wouldn’t think possible! He is tough, but brings out the best in you. As someone who HATES working out and complains at every session, I can wholeheartedly say that I’m am truly impressed with the progress I have made since joining Andrew’s program. I now understand the difference between simply “working out” and following a fitness training program.
Andrew’s approach is holistic, beginning each session with the necessary mobility and stretching exercises for the focus areas of the day. While training, he pays a great deal of attention to making sure the proper form is used to prevent injury while moving through the various exercises. Whenever I feel like there is a weight that’s too heavy, he’s always there providing the motivation needed to push beyond any limits I’ve set for myself.
I have been sore almost everyday for last 5+ months, but I am also in the best shape of my life and stronger than I could have ever imagined. I can’t wait to see what I will be able to achieve going forward. If you want to take your fitness goals to the next level, you will not find a better trainer than Andrew with A1 Lifestyle Fitness.

I’ve had several trainers throughout my life as an adult as my weight fluctuates with stress and life changes. Andrew has been the BEST out of all of them! Not only with my physical results, but also my new perspective in lifestyle changes, body recomposition, nutrition, stress, and patience with myself. He individualizes each of his clients and takes the time to cater to your personal needs and goals. Even after I achieved my short term goal weight loss for my wedding I continue to go to him because he is just that good! I highly recommend to everyone of all ages and physical fitness levels !

Andrew is a phenomenal trainer. He meets you at your level of fitness. Whether it’s level 1 or 3 he is determined & will make you better. He will go over your personal goals & set a well structured plan to execute. Andrew has taught me how to lift(properly) almost twice my body weight in a little over a year. As well as taught me proper breathing while exercising, “work with yourself not against yourself” as he’d say. He is very knowledgeable in his craft & always learning new information to pass onto his clients. Andrew is very supportive & will hold you accountable. Literally the absolute best trainer ever. I’ve had trainers in the past and simply put…they could never compare. Be prepared to be sore as all get out, be pushed to limits you didn’t even know were possible for your body, and gain a boat load of confidence not only in your appearance, but in your new found physical abilities. Andrew is awesome!!! A trainer that’s down to earth, knowledgeable and fun is a plus in my book. He's organized - huge plus. Plays good music. Lol. His workouts are planned and easy to follow if you can’t make it in for the personal or group session.
This may not be a big deal to some (but it should be) he’s and advocate for giving back to the community. Love to see it.
If you’re look to increase mobility, strength, and overall health this is where you want to be.

I have been able to lose over 90lbs in 10 months working with Andrew and he is definitely one of the best trainers I have come across and I’ve had a few. Andrew creates structured training programs that meet my current needs and are constantly being modified to help me achieve my long-term goals. He is super knowledge and is always willing to answer the many “why” questions I have with regards to the workout program he creates. He creates workouts that are challenging, yet fun and pushes me past whatever limits I self-impose on myself. 10/10 highly recommend! I have personally struggled with joint subluxations my entire life. Right before resorting to surgery, I found A1 lifestyle fitness. Andrew challenged me both physically AND mentally to trust the process. All of my workouts were tailored to my specific issues and my fitness goals. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and has no issue holding you accountable (which I really needed)! Since training, the frequency of my dislocations has decreased almost entirely and my overall wellness has improved drastically.
