Active Mom bootcamp classes combine weight training and cardio exercises in uniquely creative ways that keep workouts fun and challenging. The result for me has been a level of consistency and personal growth I was unable to achieve in a traditional gym setting. Thanks, Lindsay!

I cannot say enough about Activemom Bootcamp classes! Each class incorporates high-intensity interval training, strength and full body conditioning. Lindsay does a great job of making sure every workout is different which I love as you never get bored! I would highly recommend their Bootcamp class.

I am a super beginner when it comes to fitness and Lindsay is so accommodating, patient, and encouraging!! I love that I can come in person safely or online and get a great workout either way. I have done both classes and personal training with Lindsay and I feel like all my needs are being met. I would definitely recommend Active Mom to anyone.

Lindsey is absolutely amazing at what she does! I always dreaded working out & couldn't find a good routine. Lindsey's classes are never boring. Best of all, I like doing them & can see results! She has even done a great job using the Zoom platform to keep us going during the pandemic. Highly recommend!

Love Lindsay’s Active mom group class
Started my classes as a trial to check it out with one of my friends and since continued. Lindsay has great ways of making each class fun and different in terms of work out routine . If you are looking for something that would have you look forward to workout instead of regular gym routine ..... would definitely recommend trying out Lindsay’s class😊

It’s so fun to workout with Lindsay! I love that no workout is ever the same. I have some injuries that limit my activity and Lindsay always offers modifications. She challenges me and pushes me to work harder. I have been doing small group training twice a week and really noticed a difference. I love that she offers drop in classes on the weekend. Try one of Lindsay’s classes, you’ll be glad you did!

I started doing 1-1 Personal training with Lindsay about a year ago. I am ashamed to admit I was never really into athletics or fitness for most of my life. After I had my first child, I had lingering weight I wanted to lose and had no idea how to approach working out. I had no strategies or skills to fall back on. I originally signed on with Lindsay to lose that baby weight, but she has given me so much more! I feel more confident, strong, and empowered than I ever have before. To my surprise I actually enjoy working out...and even ran a race voluntarily with her encouragement. I've since also added Lindsay's group classes to my routine and really enjoy them. I've met a really fun and diverse group of women at all different fitness levels, and the class has become something I really look forward to. I really recommend giving her a try- you won't regret it!

I have always been a self starter, but sticking with a fitness regiment long term has always been difficult for me. Lindsay structures workouts so no two are ever the same. She listens to her clients and personalizes workouts! She is easy to talk to and I feel comfortable asking her questions regarding weight and health. She has helped changed the way I look and feel!

I have been working out with Lindsay since I found out I was pregnant, I’m almost 35 weeks and still going strong. She has both personal training and group classes which is incredibly convenient and flexible. No workout is ever the same and she really pushes you to work hard to see the results. I feel safe training with her throughout my pregnancy because I know everything we do is tailored to me and let’s face it I could never keep this up solo. She really is the best and such a worthwhile investment in your health, I can’t wait to start PP training!

Lindsay has been my personal trainer for 4 years now. I’ve discovered that I love weight training. She pushes me each week to do my best but not so hard that I get discouraged. I’m more fit now after two kids than I was before! I get comments on how fit I look and it makes me feel great. Lindsay is easy going, friendly, and holds me accountable each week. I never wanted to workout, but after having my second baby I was struggling to get back to a size I was happy with. I started sessions with Lindsay, and now I love working out and running and I’m the strongest/fittest I’ve ever been. Every session is tailored to me, she praises rather than shouts and never pushes you beyond what you can achieve! She gives me advice on how to live an active lifestyle and how to eat healthy.
