I’m an oxygenation with an Achilles heel of never liking exercise. For the sake of my health and tenure on this earth, I’ve found Bob Wheatley at Ageless Personal Training to be a godsend. Thanks to the discipline of scheduled training sessions together with Bob’s experience and motivational personality, I’m now grateful for exercise.

Being able to postpone back surgery for years and more recently avoiding injections with the prognosis of pending knee surgery makes the time with Bob all the more rewarding. I know from experience that exercise is especially important as we age and it can be enjoyable.

I have known Bob Wheatley for over 5 years. He was my personal trainer at a local gym and he was a wonderful trainer.He set up a terrific workout program based on my needs. Now he has opened his own training facility with brand new state of the art equipment and has created a personalized, special program for my husband, who has a physical disability. In the short that he has worked with him, we have seen a noticeable improvement.
He always explains what the exercise is and what muscles and parts of the body on which he is focusing. He is empathetic, professional, has a great sense of humor, and he really cares. I highly recommend him.

I began working with Bob twice a week when I was making the transition from several months of physical therapy for a torn rotator cuff to post acute training. My progress in strength, flexibility, and balance has been significant. Bob is a well-credentialed and experienced trainer who is kind, supportive, and very attentive to the individualized needs of his clients. He works exclusively with each client for the entire appointment. His training facility is fully equipped, very well organized, and inviting. We have been very happy with our workouts. Bob is professional, knowledgeable, and a seasoned personal trainer. He is very attentive to posture and form, keeps records of workouts and progress, and alters workouts each session.
He is never distracted (not looking at his phone, talking to others, etc) during workouts. He is completely focused on you, making sure you are doing each exercise correctly. He is punctual and very organized, as well as flexible and accommodating if you need to cancel your session and reschedule.
The gym is clean and spacious, with a wide variety of equipment. He’s been in business for a long time and because of his experience, his gym has a collection of the newest and best equipment. There are always plenty of parking spaces. We highly recommend working out with Bob and/or at his gym.
