Awesome place to start off your karate lessons. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend they are firm but fair if you do the work you will get rewarded if you dont you will stay right where you are. I love that about this place.

AJ Bartlinski’s Karate SUPER center is simply that SUPER !!! Truly amazing from the staff at the BEST front desk to the instructors working one on one and in group sessions & Sensei always making sure every child feels seen and taught valuable lessons ! From day one as a white belt all the way to a blue belt my child has gain so much confidence, knowledge and discipline I can’t express how much I appreciate their Community they’ve opened up to us and anyone looking for a stable program for themselves or their children. They throw the best party’s lol from Mom nerf wars, Picnics, to Occasional movies nights for parents and more, they really go above and beyond for these kiddos !

I can hardly express how grateful I am for this incredible karate school! My 7 y/o son, who is neurodivergent, has faced many challenges, including difficulties with confidence, fine and gross motor skills, and social interactions. After just three classes, I can already see a remarkable difference in him.

The growth he has experienced in such a short time is truly inspiring. The instructors are not only skilled but also incredibly supportive, creating a welcoming environment where every child can thrive. Watching my son and his peers engage and grow together is a joy that brings me to happy tears.

This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for my son, and I can't wait to see him continue to flourish in this nurturing atmosphere. If you're considering a place for your child to learn and grow, I wholeheartedly recommend this karate school!

We happened across A.J. Bartlinski when we met a new friend in our neighborhood and it is one of the best things that has happened for our family. From the moment we stepped through the door in October of 2023, my boys were enthralled and excited. By the end of the intro session, I knew we were signing up. We signed up after our first class and have practically lived there since. The boys have improved socially, personally, physically and academically. They look forward to their time there, the work they do and the accomplishment they feel at the end of their classes. The curriculum is thorough and they focus on progress and growth not perfection.

We walked in expecting an activity for the week that would help our boys how to channel their energy, build their confidence and learn self-defense the right way. What we have? A community, a resource full of dedication, knowledge and true love for what they do. The staff celebrates just as hard, if not harder than we do, for our kids when they master things, they show up and give 100% even when they aren't 100% and they truly love what they do. What we didn't know we'd have? A family. Full of people who care about our kids both in and out of karate, who notice when the kids aren't on their A game, or when the family is going through it, and cheer everyone's kids from start to finish. This same love trickles into the families of other students and before we knew it our family unit grew and we suddenly have 10+ children outside of our own three.

On & off the mat, A.J. Bartlinski's Karate Supercenter has set the standard and gone above it. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU.

My two boys absolutely love it here. They’re nine and six and not only are they having fun but they’re learning so many useful things to help them in the future. We knew that we were going to end up continuing to come here even before the first class. I 10 out of 10 recommend them. The staff Are awesome people Who’s families go there themselves

The instructors and all the staff are amazing ! They are so friendly and accommodating! The children love it and they always look forward to the day that they have class! We enrolled our son in karate 4 years ago in an effort to boost his confidence and help teach self-discipline. He was also experiencing behavioral problems. He's come so far and all of the adults in his life agree that karate has done wonders for him.

Sensei and all of the instructors have been amazing! They're patient yet firm, caring, motivating, kind, and inspiring.

We consider it an investment in our child and will teach him values he will carry with him forever.

I have been going with my 12 year old for the last 5 years. The instructors are great!!!! There are kids from 4 to 50+. Heheh. I am one of them. Everyone is friendly and the kids learn self confidence as well as inner self worth. They learn respect and discipline while having a great time. If I could give 50 stars I would.

Aj's is a great place for all my kids to learn. They love the class, the teachers, and sparring. The only thing i think could improve the place is to have the mats cleaned. Black mats are not fun to do push ups on and my sons feet are black by the middle of the class.

My son received his Black Belt this past weekend, and we were given an option to pay $40 to have the certificate framed. I have seen them before but not up close. When we were handed his framed certificate I was very disappointed. The frame was a very cheap plastic frame that could not have cost more than a few dollars. I easily could have had the certificated framed elsewhere for the same price and a better quality. I am very disappointed with this, especially for the amount of money we have spent over the years while he attended the school.
