I love Caity! She's really the perfect balance of encouragement and challenge, always pushing me, but also always supportive and motivating. She’s also really knowledgeable, professional, always prepared, and on top of all that, is also positive and lots of fun.
She's really good about making sure I have the right form and technique, and keeps our sessions interesting and different, which I really appreciate because I struggle to stay motivated when I get bored with workouts. She's also great about balancing the types of workouts (obviously across muscle groups, but also heavy weights vs. endurance, etc)
I can't recommend her enough to anyone-- she's the best!

I have been training with Caity for almost a year and she is the BEST!! I have worked with one other trainer before and while he was good, this experience is above and beyond. And that is because she not only cares about my fitness goals but me as a person which is what makes her so special. Beyond her training abilities I also love that she has her own studio. It gives her the ability to only focus on me and gives me the confidence that to not be in a huge gym with onlookers. Caity at All in Fitness has been a wonderful trainer and has provided me with everything I had hoped for when I committed to improving my fitness and strength. I’m a female in early 30s who was looking for a short term trainer to get into a habit of working out before moving to a new city. I’ve worked with Caity for a month now and my overall experience has been nothing but great. When I started, my shoulders were very tight and I was constantly feeling groggy. Over the first several sessions, Caity had an approach with different modalities (stretches, hydration, talks to identify potential triggers) that improved my overall performance. As I am getting ready to finish my sessions with her, she is planning out a personalized workout schedule for me to do at home. Caity is AMAZING, cannot recommend her highly enough!!! She is a fantastic trainer and has helped me to not only get stronger & in better shape, but to develop a happier & healthier relationship with working out. Every session is customized and shows how much attention she pays to my progress, where I need more help, what I do / don't enjoy, etc. She is super knowledgeable about the body, a stickler for proper form, and is such a patient and communicative coach. She is so encouraging, friendly, and makes the sessions genuinely fun! Her approach truly is "All In" with great nutrition coaching, advice on better sleeping habits, workouts to do on your own between sessions (she even helped me come up with a workout routine I could do while traveling!), etc. 11/10 would recommend!!

I have worked with Caity 5 times a week for about 4 months now so since I know everyone will rave about her being a very knowledgeable personal trainer below are some useful highlights that might not be mentioned by others:
1. She takes clients by appointment so it is only you and Caity in her private gym (you can sweat and make all the ugly faces you want here there is no judgement from Caity or the workout machines!)
2. As a kinesiology expert she’ll teach you how to pace yourself, when to graduate to heavier weights, how to avoid injury, and proper form for each movement. (I had burned myself out from overworking, going too hard with my HIIT workouts, and dealing with some health issues so working with her has kept me from repeating past mistakes)
3. She’s also a nutritionist and as part of her training she has everyone fill out a food diary that will motivate you to eat on time, take your supplements, drink you water, SLEEP, and just overall take care of yourself physically and mentally (as a workaholic that constantly forgets to eat and barely cooks, it has helped me a lot with making sure I’m eating and sleeping properly plus the notes we take help determine triggers to keep you sane before and during period week!)
4. For those of you that want to do bodybuilding or powerlifting competitions: she’s your one stop shop to getting competition ready plus she’s an athlete herself so she can walk you through the process of signing up and help you make healthy choices that won’t make you hate yourself in the process. (She encouraged me to sign up for my very first powerlifting competition after noticing I love deadlifts and squats, I’m getting stronger each week and I look leaner already!)
5. She’s a joy to work with. She’s like a super cool sister that’s motivating you to improve your lifestyle overall.
6. Her intake form will remind you of all the good things you do and what you need to change to improve (had me excited to start right away).

I've been working with Caity for about 3 months after my wife started training with her. For most of my efforts at diets and working out... it always fizzled out. Caity brings a lot of positivity and variety to working out that I find motivates me and pushes me to adopt a healthy lifestyle in general. She provides "All In" support by not only working out, but reviews my eating, helped me with vitamins and foods to help with energy, strength, health, stretching, etc. She brings a lot of positive encouragement in all our interactions. She is a great motivator with no judgement... just a great person in general!! I'm stronger than I've been in years... and 35 pounds lighter (so far... still on the journey)... she is about transformation and she is exceptional at it! Catie is nothing short of AMAZING! I was really lost with my eating, fitness, energy, and overall health. I hit 50 and decided I had to make a change(and I have A LOT of changes to make). I talked to several trainers, read reviews, looked on nextdoor, etc. I am so glad I found Catie. She is one of a kind. Catie is comprehensive in her approach. She does a full complimentary intake which is amazing. We discussed my current situation, injuries, health, etc in a holistic way along with my goals.
We set up regular standing times to meet. She has me record food, sleep and exercise in a custom book that she made. She writes in it too during our sessions. She asks about my plan for the week and encourages me be active even when we aren’t training. She celebrates my small victories. She really LISTENS to what I’m telling her. For example if I feel like some thing isn’t right during an exercise and I tell her she will take steps to change or correct what I’m doing. I set a goal for myself to be able to do 50 push-ups. As a point of reference I can’t even do one regular one all the way down right now. Every session she helps me work toward this goal and many others. Catie has this amazing gift to modify, give feedback, isolate very specific muscles, and to make it burn (but not beyond what’s doable). I was so afraid I wouldn’t be able to “do” the workouts, but she meets me exactly where I’m at each time we train.
Yes, it’s hard. Yes I’m sore. Yes I added more sessions and increased my time with her because it’s soooo worth it. Yes, sometimes I even say now That I WANT a hard workout. Yes, I look forward to my sessions with Catie. And yes, slowly I’m making changes. My blood pressure is lower, my clothes are looser, the scale is down, but most noticeable is that my energy levels are so much higher.
I have done so many new things with Catie from battle ropes and boxing to Sumo Squats, deadlifts, and mountain climbers. She is focused and engaged the entire session each session and she fits a ton into an hour. Sessions are dynamic and fresh.
Bottom line stop searching and reach out to Catie. No matter where you are at, competitive body builder (she’s one too) or couch potato looking for a change (me when I started), Catie will be just the person you need.

She's a master at holding you accountable and pushing you to work hard while knowing your limitations and making certain that each exercise is done correctly to prevent injury. I have been training with Caity Adams since the start of the pandemic. Although I was already pretty good at consistently working out for most of my life, I was never quite as good with my diet. With Caity’s “all in fitness” approach, I have truly improved not just the way my body looks and my strength but also my eating habits and daily water intake. Caity is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. She is so knowledgeable and that knowledge comes not only from education but from doing the same hard work herself. When I started working with Caity I was very frustrated because I couldn’t seem to budge the last 10 pounds or so and I couldn’t understand why. I knew in my head there was no quick fix but wanted one nonetheless. Caity was so patient with me every time I vented my frustration and we just kept plugging away. So not only is she an excellent trainer, she’s a pretty damn good therapist too! I put in the hard work and I eventually saw the results. And while other people have put on weight during the pandemic, I’ve continued to fine tune my body. I have terrible anxiety and am always nervous before each session but am always so glad I showed up. Thank you, Caity!
