This place is great. I don't like to exercise, but Alloy at King Farm makes it fun, even the challenging parts. The coaches here pay close attention to each person and adapt the exercises as needed. Each workout is different, so I don't get bored. Alloy at King Farm is well worth the cost for individualized small group training.

I’ve been training here for a couple of months, and I can’t recommend it enough! The small class sizes make a huge difference—you get so much personal attention, and Jasmine (coach) is focused on making sure your form is correct. I love how positive she is and how she creates an encouraging environment. She pushes you to do your best without ever making you feel overwhelmed. The monthly check-ins are also a great way to stay accountable and track progress, which has helped me stay consistent!

I have tried a lot of workout programs over the last decade or so, but have trouble staying motivated in the long term. I’ve now been going to Alloy for about 3 or 4 months, and I’m so glad I decided to give it a chance. The workouts are tough and but I feel accomplished and energized afterward. Jasmine is my usual trainer and she is amazing. She helps keep me motivated and pushes me to try to go up a weight or get in one more rep.

The trainers all work with you from day 1 to figure out your goals and help you set achievable milestones along the way. They keep track of your achievements for you, which is nice for me as I always have a hard time remembering to log which weights I’ve used in the past. They are also fantastic at helping people to modify workouts based on past injuries or soreness, which I appreciate.

The gym hosts events and extra stretch sessions to help members get to know one another and motivate each other on the way to their long term goals. I have noticed a significant change in my physical health as well as my confidence and mental health. I would definitely recommend giving Alloy a try!

Alloy has been life changing! The coaches are very supportive and really took the time to understand my individual needs. All the workouts are modified to my personal goals, accommodate injuries, and push me really hard! It doesn’t matter what fitness level you’re at, Alloy is tailored to you and works for all. This is a great training gym. There’s never more than 6 people at a time so the trainers give each person attention and modifications to suit our individual abilities and needs. I love training with Carol - she pushes me beyond where I would push myself and while I may grunt and moan the whole time I’m always happy I got a great workout when I’m done. And sometimes surprised that I can do more than I thought. It’s so nice to just show up and do what you’re told and not have to think about what the right exercises are for me to become functionally stronger.

I’ve had other gym memberships but I usually end up not going… this is one place that makes me consistent. It’s nice to see the same faces so it feels more like a community and we’re all in it together cheering each other on. I also love that my peers are mostly older adults with bodies have gone through some life, replete with injuries and imperfections. It makes it way less intimidating than going to a gym full of young gym bros.

Great workout with friendly staff. Very small group personal training. No more than 6. At our time at 9 AM usually only 3 of us. Brand new so clean with good equipment. They let you make up missed sessions. Great location. Parking safe and plenty. Most importantly, great variation of workouts with just the right intensity. And they use sophisticated biometrics to assess progress. I lost 15 pounds in first 6 weeks. Highly recommended.

First of all, I love how the workouts incorporate a variety of equipment—not just machines—and everything is personalized to suit your strengths and age. The environment is incredibly friendly, making you genuinely look forward to it every time , which is amazing.
