I joined Alloy about a month ago, and it has been awesome. If you’re someone who’s tried "normal" gyms and had no direction and wandered from machine to machine (or just ended up scrolling on your phone between sets like me), this place is the total opposite.

The small group personal training format is amazing. Every session has like 4 to 6 people, so you get real coaching, personal form corrections, progression advice, and motivation every session without the insane price tag of 1:1 training. The trainers actually know your name, your goals, and even your shoulder/knee/back issues, and how to train around them. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and legitimately passionate about what they do. They cheer you on like friends who just want to see you crush it.

What sets Alloy apart is the accountability and energy. Workouts are never boring. Each day is a fresh mix of strength, metabolic conditioning, mobility, and fun challenges that keep you engaged. You show up because you feel like part of a team and before you know it, you don't hate cardio as much as you used to. The community vibe is legit. Everyone encourages each other, and it's awesome.

I've been a heavy lifter off and on for the past 25 years and I really neglected true cardio work for a long time. The training here, for me anyways, is basically HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)... great for strength and cardio. Alloy challenged me to do the work, and after just one month I feel so much better and full of energy. If you’re tired of going it alone or wasting money on a membership you never use, do yourself a favor and try Alloy. The coaches and the system make success feel achievable.

Thanks Alex, Matt, and Tyler!

I've been coming to Alloy twice a week for a little over two months now and ive gotten more out of this experience then I expected and I feel like I'm actually looking forward to workouts. My goal is strength training, and I really wanted to get a strong foundation in proper form to prevent any unnecessary injuries. I've worked out with Matt, Tyler, and Alex, and all three have done an amazing job helping with my form starting and more importantly correcting my form throughout the workout and checking in with me to make sure I am working the correct muscles for and not straining anything. Anytime I was concerned I wasn't working the correct muscles or found something too hard the trainers helped tweak the workouts to make sure they worked best for me and my level (while still pushing me to improve). Additionally, I really like the class environment, everyone I've met has been positive and supportive.

Having never participated in Personal Training, I was a bit nervous when I first walked into Alloy for my initial assessment. Alex was so warm and welcoming, and made me feel at ease, I committed that day to a plan of 3x/week. I never thought I'd say "I love working out" -- but as I enter my third month at Alloy, I can say it honestly! Everyone and everything has been awesome -- the enthusiastic hello as I walk through the door, to the victorious fist bump when I finish a workout, to the encouraging text messages from the trainers afterwards. I've enjoyed meeting so many new people who are generally in the same 'place' as me -- in age, in stage of life, in level of fitness. I look forward to going to my sessions and catching up with Tyler, Matt, Alex and Joanna. :)

I have been attending personal training sessions at Alloy for 6 weeks now and I love it! Each session we have 6 or less people and one trainer. I usually have Tyler and he is great - he adjusts each exercise to meet the needs of each client. We also have upbeat music, lots of encouragement and lots of joking around. I feel challenged but not defeated. I think having a specific time to show up is key - you feel responsible for showing up, no excuses! I can already tell I am getting stronger and that is very encouraging to me. I am determined to stay strong and flexible so I can keep enjoying retirement, traveling, grandkids and family get togethers! ❤️

Working with Alloy Training has been a truly incredible experience and I want to especially recognize Alex for her care and expertise! From the very first interaction she approached everything with empathy professionalism and a deep understanding of how to meet me where I am.

What stood out immediately was the thoughtful and thorough baseline assessment. Rather than jumping straight into a one-size-fits-all approach, Alex took the time to understand my starting point. She created a space where I felt seen heard and respected which made a huge difference in how I engaged from day one.

What impressed me even more was how she translated that assessment into truly customized support. Even in small group settings where it can be easy to feel like just another face Alex made sure each person’s needs were accounted for. She offers modifications and encouragement in ways that felt specific and helpful. You could tell she had put real thought into how to support everyone in the room and that level of intention is rare.

The team that is running this gym knows what they’re doing and I’m so glad I took a chance to try personal training here. If you're looking for training that is deeply human centered, I highly recommend trying Alloy. They are setting the bar for what thoughtful, inclusive, and effective support should look like.

I was able to attend a “pop up “ session to start things off. The workout was great! I am somewhat older than most others and though I have been working out for some time, they took the time to point out critical areas in which I can improve. I appreciated the personal attention and look forward to a healthy and happy outcome with Alloy.
