My family and I took a class by Lindsay at this studio! She was easy to follow and she also offered adjustments based on personal experience and comfort levels without asking. The class flowed well and we all felt so much better after, I definitely recommend taking her class!

I took Lindsay's Hatha class this week. I am new to yoga and the class was beginner friendly, I could follow along. Modifications for poses were offered. Studio was clean. I will be taking more classes at the studio.

I had a very wonderful Hatha yoga class with Lindsay! She was very clear with her instructions and gave great guidance to students who were newer to yoga and gave great more advanced options for more experienced students. She was so warm and welcoming and I’ll definitely be coming back specially for Lindsay’s class! 💕

I absolutely loved Lindsays Hatha open-level class! She was so welcoming and beginner-friendly, offering clear guidance and options for every level. I really appreciated how she also included more challenging poses for those who wanted to go deeper. It was the perfect balance for everyone in the room. The class flowed beautifully, and I especially loved the meditation portions at the beginning and end if class, such a grounding and peaceful way to close the practice. Highly recommend!

I am very new to yoga and have some experiences with other studios but when I walked and had my class it was extremely welcoming, professional and fun. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is new or experienced Kimberly and Rosie made me feel at home and I had an amazing time 10/10

An incredible experience every time. I've been several times since they opened and every instructor I've had has been great. I never liked the yoga classes at my gym but here I've had a completely different experience. I also recommend booking a massage. I always leave feeling a lot better than when I walked in and I'm even sleeping better. Will keep coming back!

Attending a class here was an amazing experience. Not only are the instructors kind clam and knowledgeable they are truly caring in their art. I felt a complete sense of calm and enjoyed the class immensely. The space is beautiful and the instruction is clear. They also offer modifications for participants with movement restrictions. If you are considering other studios, save yourself some time and just go here it’s amazing!

Love this studio! The owners & instructors are knowledgeable. The environment is warm and inviting. The studio itself is very big. I love that they have privacy screens. The location has ample parking, easy to get to and wheelchair accessible.
