I have been going to Bfit for my workouts forever and I love it and I’ve always had wonderful massages as well but wanted to leave a review for the incredible PREGANCY MASSAGE with Mignion that I just had!!! I feel soooooo good my back was killing me prior and as a massage addict I really just felt like the world needed to know how AMAZING she is! Definitely one of the best prenatal massages I have ever received 🙏🏼

I can not fully describe how effective the treatment I received for my neck and shoulder pain has been. Erin and her message team are true professionals. They are open to feedback and they ask good questions so you can receive the best treatment available. Simply the best in Baltimore!!!

Bfit is amazing! As someone who moved away from Baltimore and is desperately trying to find a Bfit equivalent in a new city, I feel uniquely qualified to say Bfit is one of a kind in the best way. The coaching is unmatched - they are observant, patient, clear, and work with you through injuries and modifications. The community is A+, everyone working there and the members are so friendly and supportive. Joining a gym was really intimidating to me, and I remember how comfortable and welcome Erin and Brian made me feel. Now that I’ve moved, I realize how much Bfit has taught me and how much more comfortable I feel walking into new gyms knowing what I’m doing!! And aside from the amazing people, Erin and Brian keep the gym immaculately clean and the equipment in amazing shape. I truly can’t recommend Bfit enough, and wish there was one everywhere!!

Erin and Brian are AMAZING! We met Zo and he encouraged my fiancé & I to try it out. Brian coached us through a strength and conditioning class and was patient with us the entire way. Erin educated us their memberships and services and answered all of our questions. If you want to make fitness fun, do not hesitate!!! I would recommend B-Fit to anyone :)

Erin is an amazing massage therapist. She hones in on problem areas and even provides exercises to help and prevent future injury. She is a master at her craft and cares deeply about her clients health and wellness. She’s the best in Baltimore!

I couldn’t recommend B-Fit enough. The owners, Erin and Brian, are two great people who give you the feeling of community as soon as you walk through the door.
When i go in, i see everyone exercising hard and enjoying their time. You can tell the workouts are well-thought out.
Erin is, hands down, the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. Her expertise on the muscular system and passion for her craft and business is unmatched. She really takes the time to understand what is going on with your pain-points and works with you to help.
Would give way more than 5 stars if i could!!

Erin and Brian, coach Zo and the rest of the excellent team at B-fit are offering an extremely high quality fitness and lifestyle program, that can be tailored to fit! Classes here have pushed my strength and conditioning training to a higher level. On top of that they have built a very fun and supportive community that is as unique and organic as Baltimore itself!

I had an AMAZING!!!!!!! First strength class! So much that I stayed for the conditioning class that followed! Lorenzo was a great trainer. He was very patient, thorough and meticulous with his craft. I was made to feel so very welcomed and motivated by him and my fellow class mates. I can not wait for my next class and highly recommend to anyone, give B-Fit Lifestyle a try.

Let me tell you what I love about Bfit so you can decide whether it's the right fit for you today and not, say, 2+ years from when you first heard about them like me...
1. They made it "easy" for me. I just show up.
Ok, by no means am I saying the workouts themselves are easy... What I mean is, I know that all I have to do is roll out of bed, get in the car, open that door, and when I hear "what's up Hannah!", it's go time.
I walk myself over to the floor, mirror some warm-up moves, look up at the projector for the day's Strength workout, and before I know it, class is over. At this point, I'm debating whether to stay for the Conditioning workout, but man, they've made it *so* easy that I've apparently already signed up for all of my classes for that week, so there's no backing out! (Technically, I can back out, but that doesn't sound as dramatic.)
After just 30 minutes more, I'm toweling myself off, gulping water, and definitely not speaking full sentences because I'm still trying to catch my breath. But hey, I know I just got a full workout in in just over 1hr, and the day's just begun! I start everyday with an "easy" win at Bfit.
2. They helped me gain strength, endurance and confidence.
Prior to joining, I was bouncing around from a workout class here to a workout class there, maybe 2x/week, max. Cool, fun, but wasn't really seeing any progress. But, like, how could I have when I was only doing each type of workout 1x/week? That was pure lazy girl math.
Fast forward to now, I'm at Bfit ~5x/week knowing that I'm getting intentional workouts in each and every time (the other days, find me still bouncing around the city taking the occasional spin and pilates class here and there!).
The style of cyclic programming at Bfit gives me the opportunity to progress in each move while keeping things fresh. For Strength, there are 3 workouts; we cycle through "A" day, "B" day and "C" day. For Conditioning, there are 9 (I think). These all change up every 6 weeks. We track our progress on a community whiteboard, and it feels awesome to see how far I've come at the end of the 6 weeks. Those 6 weeks build strength with the progressive weight overload that's encouraged, endurance through conditioning, and confidence by way of lifting big a$$ plates and seeing big a$$ numbers on the board :)
3. They're smart people. And good people, too. Also, dog.
Their wealth of knowledge and experience shows in every class. For example, with their *knowledge* they demonstrate good form, advise on good form, and correct for good form. With their *experience* they demonstrate where people who are new to a particular movement go wrong with their form, give helpful cues to adjust towards better form, and strike a thoughtful balance of knowing how much to correct your form throughout the 6 weeks, giving the time and space to adjust the mind and muscle to new moves and not feel overwhelmed.
Coaches and members alike are all good company. We push each other, we cheer each other on, we make each other laugh. It's a doggone good time.
Ok, and dog. Dog is Lucy. Lucy is a polite girlie dog who unintentionally but graciously provides emergency when-will-this-be-over relief; her presence is all I need when I've gotten to the point where I'm counting down the seconds. Instead of "...squirrel!", it's "...Lucy dog!!!", and before I know it, a whole minute has passed. Lucy leaves you alone if you want her to, but she also leaves you alone even if you don't want her to. Find me in class and I will tell you the way to her sweet doggo heart :)

Man, I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found this place. Not only do they have a gym dog, Lucy, who is the sweetest, there are 4 other things that stand out to me (lol):
1) The gym/classes themselves
So they offer several classes - strength, conditioning, muscle recovery, and yoga sculpt - in addition to private training and "open gym," which I love. Each class is unique and strength & conditioning build off of each other/you're in and out in about an hour for BOTH. Open gym is just access to their facility - which has everything you could possibly need from weights, to bikes, rowers, and the tread. They will put up that day's workout on the screen for you or let you do your own thing -- no judgement ever. The facility is always clean, never stuffy, and the vibes are great (overall energy, music, lighting, etc)
2) Therapeutic massage
I...didn't know I needed this in my life. As someone who never really prioritized self-care, these massages, which come INCLUDED in certain memberships, are game-changer. Erin is a badass and this style of massage coincides perfectly with the workouts. It's not just a rub your shoulders/throw hot rocks on your back kind of thing (unless you want it to be?), it's a truly head to toe experience that hurts so good.
3) In-house physical therapy
I'll leave Spartan Rehab a separate review because Dr. Marks is not only brilliant but extremely caring and really good at breaking down complex topics in a simple way. I'm adding it here because how brilliant is it to have all of these things IN-HOUSE and under one roof. Dr. Marks and the gym staff frequently meet and the trainers already know what exercises I may need to modify for my knee/when to check in, etc. I 100% feel supported and protected.
4) The community/accountability and PEOPLE
Genuinely, the community is incredible. High fives and fist bumps all around, everyone knows each other's names, the coaches totally hold you accountable to your sets/reps/weights...but also if it's been a little while since you've been in. They host challenges throughout the year that bring out the competitiveness in people and keep things fun and different. They also host members-only events that just further build their community - they're really fun events that also usually include other small, local businesses.
If you're looking for a gym who does things right, these guys are it! They really make fitness fun and accessible. It's a special place that makes me want to keep coming back.

I did the 6-week challenge over the summer and fell in love with the program! The resources they give you really set you up for success. The key to the program is really just having the discipline to stick to it. For a person who struggles building their own work out routine and doing it at a regular gym, this is the perfect alternative. It gives me the freedom to just ‘show up,’ follow their routines, and you really see results. On top of that, Erin & Brian are so kind and do a great job of making the gym feel like a community. They put in extra time to learn your name, your gym struggles, and give you tips on how to work through them. I look forward to joining the community again! I couldn’t recommend a group fitness program any more than B-fit.

From the exercise classes, to the muscle recovery classes to the massages, I highly recommend B-Fit. Brian and Erin have a genuine passion for helping others feel their best. There's a strong sense of community at B-Fit which is very motivating and fulfilling when you're trying to reach your fitness goals. They host engaging gatherings for members and non members, usually involving fun exercises and a celebration afterwards. The B-Fit family is a great community to be a part of.
Erin is the best in the business for massages. I see her every 2 months and have recommended many family and friends to her. I always leave feeling refreshed and recovered.

Really love the vibe of B-Fit. Nice options of classes and has the "small gym" feel as to make sure your form and goals get attention (if you're taking group classes). I've taken away some great cues to help with my form (it was bad) and have a newfound respect for the diversity of the kettlebell lol. I am now convinced that kettlebells are the king of accessory work.
Random bonus- they lead several community service efforts and volunteer events around the local area in Baltimore and are always looking for extra hands, if that's your thing.

I would not recommend, and here's why
1. I was charged $300 for a program I did not enroll in, and was not refunded until 1 week later.
2. Coachs missed their sessions.
3. Owners Erin and Brian are not very geniue, and don't show exercise form.
4. Custom nutrition they give Is not really custom, they use a BMI scale and give you a nutritional guide, and tell you to download a food tracker app.
5. Worst reason, I registered for their 6 week fitness challenge for $600. Due to personal obligations, I indicated that I would like to cease the challenge and use the remainder of my credits only to attend the work out classes (no tracking my food and weight). 1 credit-1 class, They refused to allow me to complete my class since I resigned from the challenge itself.
Resolution- none, I suggested to them to allow me one month to complete the remainder of my credits/classes and they refured. They (Brian and Erin) only saying "finish strong"
Highly don't recommend, owners do not care, waste of $600, but I learned my lesson.

The place to be for overall fitness and wellbeing! I am a long-time client of Erin for massage, however, this time my husband and I came for the couples massage and were not disappointed! Erin and Elissa made sure we were comfortable and at ease the entire time. It was our first time, we will return! Thank you!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a couples massage with Erin & Elissa. It allowed us both to get the individual refresh of our mind & bodies while being together and share in the tranquility of B-Fit's massage room. Having the opportunity to have the 1:1 experience while being in the company of a loved one was delightful. We've been long time clients of Erin's, and this special visit provided the introduction of Elissa to us, and we are thrilled to know that either of these wonderful massage therapists are available to us as a couple or individually. We both take advantage of the individual massage, but really enjoyed the opportunity to share.

I have been getting massages at B Fit with Erin for years. I have chronic pain due to my disability and nothing has been able to relieve it. Erin is able to relieve my pain for up to five days! She is remarkable and constantly researches how to give the best possible massages. Recently, I switched to Elissa for massage because she is certified in prenatal massage. I was astounded to find that she is just as incredible as Erin! There is no other place I would recommend for massage. This is the best.

Top notch facility and team. Rather then worrying about hitting a bottom line, the B-Fit Group cares about making sure each one of their members is performing techniques correctly and safely. Classes are small and personal so the coaches can assess each participants form and technique ensuring safety but also guaranteeing that each person gets everything out of each and every lift. If you are serious about kettlebells and/or functional training, this is the place to be. Family environment, expert instructors. As a physical therapist, I trust Coach Brian and his team to train my patients safely and to their utmost potential.

I have been training with Brian one on one for about six months now and recently tacked on unlimited classes at the gym as well. Brian, Jon, and their team of trainers at B-Fit are world class. Their vision to create a place where a client can have their entire weekly workout program coached by elite level coaches has come to fruition. I can guarantee that anyone that participates in a class or session at B-Fit will walk away with more knowledge about reaching their goals than they thought possible. Brian is one of the easiest people to get along with and the entire team at B-Fit has a true passion for helping others.

Hey look it’s lift O’clock with Toan!
Toan is the B-fit ninja that I need to motivate me to develop a routine & lift heavy things. I was struggling with getting 100% back into a routine, coupled with a back injury from my heyday, but Toan has used his jedi mind tricks to make me feel comfortable, safe, and motivated to fit my personalized needs. He explains why we are doing specific exercises as we train instead of just coaching & pushes me beyond my level of fitness awareness. Prior to each session he always asks what is sore or bothering me and tweaks our training accordingly. The most important thing for me is that Toan takes into consideration my previous back injury and makes sure to make this top priority with the exercises he suggests. Oh and he plays great gym beats :)

I was recruited to B-Fit while working on my Turkish get ups solo almost 3 years ago and working with Brian has pushed me well beyond anything I would have accomplished myself.
He helps you build a strong foundation of skills while still pushing you to take the next step. They offer 1:1 and smaller group sessions so you can find the best fit for your. For me the small group classes are great maintaining motivation and drive to challenge yourself without losing individual coaching and modifications when warranted.
Brian and the whole B-Fit team were amazing before the pandemic challenge we're facing and have gone above and beyond throughout. Constantly working to engage the "B-Fit fam" and keep us active safely.

Very happy I found this place! I was in search for a more private fitness gym opposed to my busy, corporate classes. I have been training with Toan and I am very impressed with his knowledge and skills, while also keeping me motivated.
The rest of the staff is also very friendly and they keep the place maintained and clean!
Would recommend to everyone!

This place is amazing.
Because BFit is not a typical, huge corporate gym, the trainers are able to give more attention and focus on your skills. It doesn't matter if you've never picked up a weight before, they are able to teach all levels and assure that you are comfortable. There's no pressure to do more than you can handle, but they also encourage progression. I have gained so much confidence in terms of weightlifting here--I have been taking Brian's classes for about 3 years now and I have grown immensely. I would recommend to anyone!!

B-Fit has quickly become a home for me to workout after the gym opened. Their trainers and entire team are extremely knowledgeable while focusing on individual experience and results for their clients. I’ve been training with Toan for a year now, which originated from some nagging ankle/knee injuries over time from sports & running. Since then, not only am I pain free, more mobile and stronger, but it’s opened my eyes to all other factors in fitness (sleep, hydration, nutrition) that will take me even further in my training. Very rewarding experience and I highly recommend B-Fit!

BFit is amazing! My boyfriend and I just completed our first month of training at BFit with Toan and we feel better than we have in years. Toan as well as the rest of the trainers at BFit are all about sustainability and long term results. We are already seeing changes in our bodies. We are getting stronger, have more energy, less body aches, and are making changes in our diet and water intake as a result of our sessions. I can’t speak highly enough of this gym and the incredible staff. They care so much about their clients and helping them make sustainable changes in a healthy and safe way. If you are looking to get fit and be held accountable by positive, well informed, and dedicated trainers, BFit is the place for you!
