I feel both lucky and privileged to have been introduced to Jennifer. I was potentially facing unpleasant surgery, but with some physical therapy and then Pilates with Jennifer for the last two years I no longer have to. In addition to twenty plus years of Pilates experience, Jennifer has numerous certifications and qualifications and is continuously learning. She is able to identify weakness and tailor programs to improve function for not only specific deficits, but also to globally improve overall strength and core function. I am stronger, more toned, and generally in better health. All this while also having fun. She has an excellent sense of humor and keeps her classes lively and engaging. Thanks for all that you do!

Jennifer Christophel is a phenomenal Pilates instructor! She is so knowledgeable about the body and how it functions. Her studio is top notch, and well equipped.
