Great place to get some CrossFit in while in Ocean City. The team at Beach House is great at scaling to all levels, and dealing with big swings in class sizes during peak holidays.

Can’t say enough positive remarks about this AWESOME box; from the owner to all the coaches you’ll receive great training on body mechanics from certified staff, properly breaking down movements and exercises used in CrossFit plus they’re super nice.
As a family we have vacationed in OC Maryland for years; every time we’re there, the Beach House CrossFit staff and members welcome us kindly and share their competitive spirit and amazing attitudes.

Highly recommend Beach House CrossFit! I am new to CrossFit and was on vacation. Decided to drop in a few days. Holly and Frank and the others couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The space is nice and clean. Good equipment. Great people. And probably only 5 minutes from the 90 bridge. I will definitely be back when I’m in town!

My wife and I were drop-ins and couldn't have been more pleased and impressed with the instructors. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and very encouraging. The members were also very warm and welcoming. We belong to another box but plan to drop-in at Beach House when we're in town.
