Beeline Fitness, LLC is run and coached solely by Megan Wienhold. I coach hour long one-on-one private, sessions, semi private sessions, and group fitness options. I can provide nutrition recommendations. I also coach field hockey--indoor and outdoor.

Megan is absolutely amazing. Not only does she teach you proper form and meet you where you are in your fitness goals, but she lifts you up while doing it. A bonus- she volunteers her time in the community coaching young athletes. Like me, you will be very proud to call her your trainer, and I have no doubt that soon you’ll be calling her your friend, too.

I've been training with Meg for about 5 months now, and the results have been incredible. She is not only knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition but also truly care about your personal goals and progress. Each session is tailored, challenging, and motivating.
She strikes the perfect balance between pushing you and supporting you,(and murdering you) which has helped me stay consistent and break through plateaus. I’ve seen real improvements in my strength, energy levels, and overall confidence.

If you’re looking for a trainer or a place to start with group strength classes, Megan is where it’s at! First and most importantly, in my opinion, Megan is realistic. She gets to know you as a person and takes life into account helping to find BALANCE! She’s encouraging, provides guidance, and has a calming demeanor which is so helpful when the workout worries bubble up.

I have been off and on with fitness my whole life. Until I scheduled sessions with Meg, I did not realize that I was performing so many exercises incorrectly. She not only motivated me to be consistent with my fitness, she showed me the correct way to do exercises which many many people don’t realize they are doing. Meg is a very personal instructor who works with you to understand your life and how to incorporate fitness into your routine. When I tell you Meg is awesome, I really mean it! I came on as one of her clients with literally 0 weight lifting experience. I was a cardio only type of girl. I was nervous beyond belief on my first day. Meg made me feel so welcomed. She didn’t judge me that I couldn’t do a push-up. She fixed my form in a professional manner and I felt safe and comfortable around her. I immediately signed up for more sessions. I have referred friends and family to Megan.
