I have been going to BeMore Bootcamp for a couple months now. I have to say that this is one of the most supportive environments that I have been a part of. The coaches take the time to get to know you and work on your fitness goals. The workouts are always well planned out and tough but doable. Was supposed to meet with Coach Casey today at 5:20 to talk more with him about the group fitness and to observe a class. He never showed up. I even texted him when I got there, no response. Time wasted. Very disappointed! I was already there so I observed for about 10 minutes by myself then left. Not to mention the class today did not seem very motivating. There was no energy or feel of comradery. Guess everything happens for a reason!

BeMore Boot Camp is a FANTASTIC place to pursue your wellness journey. I’ve been working out and pursuing my health for years in many different ways, and I’ve never experienced anything like it. The owner and trainers take the opportunity to get to know you and make you feel seen. The workouts are intense without being intimidating, and they’re all adaptable to your needs. I experienced a car accident a few months after joining, and the coaches and owner were flexible, understanding, and skilled at supporting me in that journey. I also travel for work and they ensure I am prepared with a meal plan, travel workouts, and flexible membership that meets my unique schedule needs. As a person who is new to Baltimore, I could not BeMore grateful for this space :)

If you’re looking to make a lifestyle change, get in shape, build community, and be consistent, this is the place. I’ve been going about 10 months now, and I’ve lost a total of 31 pounds. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and strike a perfect balance between meeting you where you are and coaching you hard. My experience has always been stellar, but I really found out how qualified the team is when I returned to training after breaking my foot and ankle. They know how to modify exercises on a dime and ensure no further injury while also still getting a challenging training session in. If you’re consistent and put the work in, there’s no way results won’t come. High key recommend.

BeMore Fit has actually changed my life in more ways than I could have even imagined. When I started in the beginning of February 2023, I experienced for the first time in my life how to work out in a group without feeling judgement or feeling limited. With BeMore Fit there are no limits only the ones we place on ourselves. The owner has a poor attitude!! He had a consultation for potential trainees to ask questions but it was more like an audition of my personality being able to fit into the atmosphere. He is judgmental. I said I struggled with consistency after 2 months of working out and he went on a tangent about how I was never consistent. Never mind the fact that financial reasons might play a part which was my rebuttal. After a week he followed up and asked if I still wanted to join and I told him “I'll be going to planet fitness as it’s more affordable but I’d love to consider in the future” to which he replied “well that’s a gym, not a training program”. A hole, confirmed. And in case someone else needs clarification of my business I am from out of state, in my early 20s, have my own life to maintain and grades to keep up. I don’t feel an ounce of shame that I sought out my options prior to committing to what’s convenient and affordable. I’d advise you save your hard earned money and look elsewhere. Or nepo money and just get a personal trainer.

I'm having a great time at BeMORE Boot Camp! The instructors lead fantastic group fitness workouts with a balanced mix of strength training and cardio for huge health benefits in short 45 min sessions. They care about your progress, make appropriate adjustments to workouts in case of past injuries, and make sure that you are getting what you need from the program! I love the place and the people. It can be very tasking to build a workout routine and live your daily life. This place has helped me in so many ways. When I started I could barely breathe through an exercise - running was a job but now I feel energized every day…my mental clarity has improved immensely. The coaches are AMAZING and communicative. Each coach has reminded me the importance of taking care of myself and my health. But..just a FYI…this isn’t some gym…it’s BOOTCAMP… so be ready to work, sweat, and lose weight.

I reached out to Casey for my son who was looking to get into the US Army. My son was at 280lbs and need major help on weight loss and endurance building. In 4 months, my son had lost 46 pounds and was accepted into the US Army. He left on May 1, 2023 for basic training and I am sure because of BeMore Boot Camp training that my son will do great. My review is for those who think they can’t handle a bootcamp or for those just starting their fitness Journey. I was the type who had a membership to every gym within a five mile vicinity with a good routine in mind from my younger years. For whatever reason, (age and diet), I just could not get back into a steady routine. The work of designing my own program and sticking to it, especially with a hectic Worklife, just never materialized.
Casey, understood all that and walked me through how to progress at my own level with the same exercises that everyone else was doing. You don’t have to perform a perfect burpee, just show up! Do what you can do and you’ll eventually get there. He and his team make it exciting but more importantly, they build community and welcome everyone at every fitness level.
I’m glad I joined and excited to progress toward MY goals. Kudos BeMore!!!

If you are looking for a fun, challenging workout, BeMore Bootcamp has you covered. It’s a healthy mix of cardio, strength and core sessions each week, and the exercises/circuits are different which keeps you on your toes. The gym has all the fun equipment and we have access to an indoor turf field all to ourselves (morning sessions mostly). Turf laps will make you feel like an athlete again. And most importantly, the coaches are the best.

BeMore Bootcamp has made it fun to work out and have really done a fantastic job continuing to offer their services throughout the Pandemic. Their ability to adapt to constant changes in health recommendations is unmatched and they have something for everyone - if you're not ready for in person classes, there are live Zoom classes. If you can't make the live classes, the Zoom classes are recorded. If you're ready to hit the gym again, they have outdoor classes to keep you safe and spread out. I've really been so pleased with their Pandemic response and the results speak for themselves. I've lost over 5 pounds since starting with them in October 2019. They coach consistency and their coaches are always available for extra support. 10 out of 10 in my book!

I Absolutely love Bootcamp! There are multiple times to choose from each morning, allowing for smaller class sizes and social distancing. I’m addicted already and find myself wanting to go every morning. Casey is one of the best trainers in Baltimore. I've been to a lot of group fitness classes around the area and I can say that BeMore Boot Camp is probably the best run boot camps I've ever been too! Been a member for several years - Casey's workouts are different each time. The best part of continuing membership all this time and through the pandemic is that Casey has done the best job shifting to virtual and outside offerings way better than any gym or Crossfit would do. I am so glad that I found out about BeMore Boot Camp. I was always looking for a workout place where you train the whole body in a short time, that is fun, but intense and where you see results in all of your muscles and improve conditioning! I love the set up, where we have alternating exercises to go through, energizing music and other people that push and encourage you to work hard. The coaches are very approachable and made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. They go around and check on you during the whole workout. Indeed a great place when you try to get in shape and lose weight, no matter what level of experience you have.

This class is worth way more than any gym membership to me. Why? Because I feel like I'm getting 10x the workout I would on my own.
They have abundant class times, a great variety of exercises, and an invigorating plan. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly motivating.
I recommend this for anyone. The classes work for athletes or someone working out for the first time. The instructors can give out specialized instructions if you can't do an exercise or if you want to push it harder, and above all else, the staff always makes you feel welcome.

BeMore Boot Camp is a community, energy center, and a great place to keep you physically fit and mentally strong. The instructors do an amazing job ensuring that your reaching your goals (be sure to talk to them because they genuinely want to help you) and getting the most out of workouts, whether that is a HIIT/Conditioning & Core workout or a Full Body Strength workout. If your injured, they will create variations for you, and if you need more intensity, they will make suggestions.

-All bootcampers are really friendly and encourage you during workouts.
-Pre-set workouts: just come ready to workout!
-Music pumping to get your through the tough stuff.
-Fun activities- DJ workouts during the Holidays and workout Bingo.

New to Baltimore and looking for a gym? Stuck in a rut and mad at the gym membership you're paying for and rarely use? BeMore Bootcamp restarted my love for fitness and reminded me how great working out feels.
My at home workouts weren't cutting it and I wasn't pushing myself like I needed to. At BeMore Bootcamp, the team environment not only motivates you to show up, but to push yourself.
These are awesome, efficient <45min workouts that get you moving. Any level of fitness can do these moves, as there are always modifications for different abilities. Typical moves include pushups, high knees, squats, burpees (yes, everyone hates burpees), battle ropes, jumping jacks, sprints, crunches, planks, and a healthy mix of team & partner workouts.
Mon/Wed/Fri are strength based, while Tues/Thurs are conditioning based. Sat and Sun are a mix of both.
