Enrolled my second son in the tots and parent program because we loved it so much for my older son. Sad to see the facility has gone way down in cleanliness. As soon as you open the door from outside, you’re hit with a very unpleasant odor that travels through the building. I didn’t feel comfortable continuing with my 14 month old. The coach was super friendly however!!

Charged us $380 to enroll our son when he never even started. I asked for communication before charging my card and I really didn’t want to give my debit card number in the first place.
Attempted to get a refund (since he never started and the $380 was for an ‘curriculum fee’) and was told it couldn’t be done. After talking with some other local families, this is apparently very common. I will not be enrolling my son here. If the situation was handled more professionally, I would’ve enrolled him in November like I tried to explain.

My daughter went to Berlin Education Station since she was 3 years old and loved it ever since. She did Pre-k3 and Pre-k4 there. Teachers were always knowledgeable and did a great job educating my daughter. She was also going to recreational gymnastics classes from 3 to 6 years old. Gym has a great set up, it is clean, and coaches are great. She is now on Twisters gymnastics team, practices 9-10 hours a week and loves it.

Cheating the students out of their training time and future in gymnastics. They've started charging more and reducing training time for male students. It almost seems like they want to make sure there is no place around to train boys.

Twisters Gymnastics just held the most unprofessional, uncoordinated, and altogether embarrassing meet that I have ever seen. I am amazed that grown adults are even capable of acting like this

My daughter is in the twisters gymnastics program and now on there competitive team. She has thrived there and her coaches really care. She has been to other gyms and this has been the best experience for her. It’s clean the staff are friendly and the owner really cares and knows all the kids by name. My daughter loves it and we look forward to many more years with the twisters team .

My kids have both attended Berlin Activities Depot. I had a very positive experience while they attended there. The teachers are very good about communication, and you can tell that they genuinely care about the kids. All of the staff knows my kids because most of them have had them in their classroom at one time or another since they attended so long. It feels like a very personal experience.

The owner Carmella has an open-door policy about addressing any concerns that may come about (my son was a picky eater and Carmella facilitated the teachers making detailed notes about what he was eating while there). The staff does a good job at keeping parents informed on what the kids are working on in their classrooms so that you can also help at home if you want to do activities that correspond. In comparison to other facilities, this one definitely has the newest/ nicest equipment and toys. I’ve got a lot of friends with kids in the area, and a lot of the other daycares just don’t look as clean or kid friendly, which I also saw first-hand while touring other facilities before deciding on enrolling our kids there. So, years later, and even though my kids no longer need daycare services, I still refer people there. I’m a stay-at-home mom now but my daughter still comes here for their competitive gymnastics and loves it!

My kids had a lot of fun in their recreational classes. The spots fill up quickly and it’s impossible to get both kids in a class at the same time. The staff are knowledgeable but overwhelmed. It’s a great idea but they need better customer service and consistent schedules. If I pay for a Saturday class @ 6pm I need it to remain on Saturday @ 6pm, not change to a different day and time. I do like that they have a Parent Portal on their website. I’ll keep trying to get my kids in because they like it so much.

I attempted to enroll two children in this facility and from the beginning of was a nightmare. No answered phone calls or returned phone calls. Then a staff members assist me with all the paperwork and gives me a start date of Monday and the Friday before I'm notified everything this staff member told me was wrong and they are unable to start. The owner Carmella who has already had to change her buisness name do you a bad reputation could care less about the situation and refused to try and make things right. Instead she insisted I was wrong instead of taking responsibility for her staffs mistake. What a joke and a waste of time and money.

Update on this review after a disagreement one the phone the owner called the Berlin police stating I threatened her and the center. So not only did this steal from me but she also filed a false police report in attempt to cause more issues.

I called looking to enroll my son for full time year round child care. The gentleman over the phone said due to covid I can't come in to fill out an application form so they took my contact information and was told, someone will reach out to me. 2 weeks later, didn't hear from them. I send them and email and they responded again that someone will touch base with me, well it's been almost a month since that email and still never heard from them!!!!!!

Both of my girls love the Gymnsastics class they attend here. Staff is very courteous and professional. I observed that they were going the extra mile with the Covid-19 precautions. I felt safe knowing my kids were in their care.

Our kids' new favorite place! We loved the old facility, but the new location is unbelievable! Huge, safe, clean, with enough activities to keep the kids occupied for hours, including Jiu jitsu and gymnastics classes, and fun activities like the ninja room and laser tag. When we're not making tacos, we'll be trying to work out in the adult gym while watching through the large window while the kids play in open gym. Or more likely we may just relax in the new lounge area catching up on reading :) So happy for this family who have worked hard to provide such an amazing space for the community. Bravo!
