After signing up for an obstacle course race about seven years ago, I decided I needed to partner with a trainer. I've been working with Jeremy ever since and he has really changed my outlook on health and fitness. While I was able to continue racing (mostly triathlon these days) and get fitter with his guidance, he has also helped me manage my chronic pain issues and imbalances. His focus on wellness includes strength, mobility, and nutrition-- for this cardio rat, these are elements of my training I would have never taken on alone. My son trains as well and has made great strides in his fitness, too. I recommend Jeremy to anyone who is looking for well-rounded program tailored to personal goals.
