I’ve been a client of Blossom & Grow since April 2024 and my experience has been AMAZING. Throughout the years, I’ve bounced from therapist to therapist never truly finding my “person” until I met Ashley. Since working with her I’ve been able to achieve some milestones I’d never thought I’d reach. She is not only honest but she also takes the time be thorough and explain things for clarity and insight. Ashley makes herself available for her clients and goes above and beyond for us. She is supportive, caring, real and one of the best in the business. Ashley’s wide range of services speak directly to her caring nature. Thanks to her, I started and found other additional healing methods. I am so thankful to be a Blossom & Grow warrior!!

Ashley, the therapist, removed my daughter from the teen girls therapy group because she missed ONE session. I forgot to inform them that she is on vacation. So she immediately emailed to say she can no longer participate. Talk about having grace and compassion. She’s supposed to be a therapist but this is how you treat clients. Let alone young girls who need the service. You were so swift to remove my daughter because of ONE no show. I even tried to inform your receptionist that I was on vacation. Ashley and her practice is so unprofessional with no compassion or grace. She gives off ‘nasty attitude energy’ that’s unacceptable in this line of work.

This was my very first time taking a class.
I attended the Yoga Fit class with Ashley on Wednesday. It is now Friday and I am STILL feeling the burn haha.
Such a great class, a nice mix of stretching and exercise. Awesome upbeat Playlist to keep you moving.
I definitely plan to attend another class!

I would recommend therapy to anyone who’d listen, but especially the services of Blossom and Grow Wellness Center! My therapist is super accommodating, while also meeting needs of Black women dealing with mental health issues. 10/10. Service is impeccable. Yoga services are also available and they’re super fun. It’s a great way to exercise and relax!

After being diagnosed with Postpartum Depression after the birth of my second child, I wanted to find a therapist that could help me get back to me. It’s been less than 6 months but both my family and I have seen a change in me from my work with Ashley and I highly recommend her practice to Black women struggling. She understands the nuances of being Black and a woman while also trying to navigate your mental health. Looking forward to continuing to work with her!

If I could give more then 5 stars I wouldd because Ashley is such an amazing person and I am so happy to be one of her clients! From the beginning she has always showed up for me and knowing that I have someone I can 100% open up to and trust makes our sessions much more meaningful. I appreciate that she takes time in helping me set goals and find ways to better myself. thank you for always making every moment worth it, thank you for giving me all the advice and encouragement I never knew I needed to help me get through life much more easier. ❤

Before meeting Ashley, I did not know that a mental health practitioner can specialize in perinatal health. Needless to say, after countless days of researching for a therapist while I was about 8 weeks pregnant, I finally came across Ashley and I am very relieved I did. Moreover, having a therapist I can relate to in many ways was important to me, as well. Meeting with Ashely on a regular basis during pregnancy and postpartum has given me the tools to mentally prepare for the new life ahead of me as a first- time mother and to focus on my priorities. I think it has even helped prevent me from going into deep PPD as well. I (and others) have also witnessed a dramatic change in my thought patterns, my goals, desires, and the way I view life. I think that every woman should seek therapy during pregnancy and beyond so that they, too may witness a transformation in their life. If you are in Maryland, you should definitely seek out Ashley. Remember, healthy momma, healthy baby. :)

Miss Ashley Is the best therapist I can ever have. She has taught me so much about myself she had taught me how to understand myself. Also how to control my depression which I had for so many years that I could not say that things that happened in the past trigger it. She is the best and I really appreciate her service. She does not make you feel like you’re nothing she actually make you feel like you understood. I will really recommend her to anybody. 🌟🌟
