BODICORE is a boutique fitness studio offering high-intensity, Pilates inspired and cardio all in one workout. We practice the Lagree Method which is Pilates-inspired but amps up the intensity with an athletic focus on strength training using the Miniformer Pro. We target every muscle to sculpt, tone, and build lean, defined muscles. Our Climb classes on the VersaClimber deliver a cardio-based, music-driven workout that engages the entire body. You'll burn serious calories while improving posture, coordination, and balance in a low-impact, joint-safe way.

I discovered Bodicore on TikTok. Signed up for a new client special that was offered back in May 2025. Instantly, I was hooked.
1. Amaris really knows what she is talking about. She has developed a team of instructors who are kind, friendly, and know how to correct form in subtle ways.
2. This class is efficient. A full body workout in 45 mins. Each class is challenging whether you're a beginning, advanced or intermediate level. There are modifications for every level and the instructors will guide those modifications. Everyone in class is welcoming.
3. On a personal note, I love the workouts, and the changes I see in my body. I can pick a class to fit around all of my personal activities to make 3 classes a week.

i love this studio!! i’ve been going to the lagree fundamentals classes for three weeks now and every class is still challenging for me (in a good way). amaris is super helpful and makes sure you’re doing the moves correctly.
update: i’ve been going to this studio for lagree and sometimes versaclimber for almost 6 months now!! the classes is still just as challenging but still doable, i love it so much! there’s even new instructors now and they’re all super helpful and kind.

I started doing lagree at bodicore about a month ago- and I’m so glad I did! It’s the BEST workout and love that it’s 45 min, makes it easy to go when you’re busy! I leave feeling stronger every time, & the owner/ teacher (Amaris) is AMAZING!

I recently resumed my fitness journey, and after a few Bodicore Legree classes, I can say it’s been a great experience. I’ve never enjoyed working out, but this class has changed that. The workouts are challenging but fun, and it feels good to move my body. The class is pretty easy to follow and the instructors are so helpful. I never thought I’d be excited about fitness, but Bodicore has really made a difference! I highly recommend giving Bodicore a try.

10/10 would recommend this class!
I have been attending the Lagree and Versaclimb classes for a few months and no other workout has made me feel this strong. I am not athletic at all and Amaris classes have definitely helped me build strength and cardio endurance. I recently took on one of the HARDEST hikes in Oahu, Hawaii (Koko Head trail) and I truly believe I was able to get to the top of that volcanic crater because of the body conditioning i got through these classes. Amaris will definitely challenge you but it is definitely worth it!

Where has this place been all my fitness life. Definitely gave new energy to my workout routine. It’s not easy nor is it supposed to be. Challenging and motivating, but not insurmountable. The biggest lesson is pacing, and the biggest result is strength, both of which can be applied to all areas of life. Give it a go! If nothing, you’ll enjoy the playlist 😉

I absolutely love the Lagree and VersaClimber classes at Bodicore! I have been going to this studio for 8 months now and it is the only workout classes I have stuck with because of how challenging but effective they are. Amaris is a great instructor who is so fun and attentive, and truly cares about the Lagree method and its effectiveness. She guides you through each class to help learn the moves, while also challenging so you can grow your skills. I am still challenged with every class I take. The studio is also so cute and very welcoming! 10/10 workout and overall experience!

Amaris is amazing! She’s very attentive, motivating and makes class fun! Lagree is the secret weapon if you want to transform your body. I’ve noticed a significant change in my overall fitness and body within my first 10 classes! The burn is real but the results are worth every shaky muscle.

Absolutely amazing workout!
The instructor, Amaris, has great energy and she’s very welcoming. The small class size makes classes feel semi-private, and Amaris takes time to correct form to ensure everyone is being safe. It’s clear she’s very educated, well-trained, and passionate about lagree.
I’ve taken lagree in numerous studios in Seattle and NYC, and Bodicore is hands-down one of the best classes I’ve experienced. Definitely recommend!!

If you are looking to add something different to your workout regimen then Lagree is it. I strength train 3 days a week and do cardio twice a week and Lagree makes me feel a whole other level or soreness in muscles I didn’t know existed. It’s a total body workout but each time I’m done my obliques are on fire. Amaris is a very hands-on instructor and her passion for introducing Lagree to the community is very evident. I’m excited to take more classes and to see how many form improves. I definitely recommend you giving it a try.

PHEW! This class is amazing. I’ve been weight training for about 10 years on and off and in that time have taken a ton of different classes - fad and otherwise. I love bodicore bc it feels like a sustainable fitness solution (not detrimental to my body / joints) while being so much fun (good music and good vibes). This is something I will be incorporating into my fitness routine and I have already told all my friends about it!!

Tried lagree for the first time this past Saturday and I must say this was an intense full-body workout that left me feeling sore on every inch of my body the next day, but in a good way! The instructor, Amaris, was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, motivating, and had an infectious energy that made the class enjoyable. She provided clear instructions and was always available to correct form and offer modifications, making sure everyone was able to keep up, regardless of their fitness level.
The workout itself was intense, but in the best possible way. It was a full-body workout that pushed me to my limits, testing my strength, endurance, and flexibility. The combination of slow, controlled movements and quick transitions kept my heart rate up and my muscles engaged throughout the entire class.
What I loved most about the Lagree method was how it made me feel. I left the class feeling stronger, more flexible, and with a sense of accomplishment that I haven't felt with other workouts. The next day, I could definitely feel the effects of the workout, but it was a good kind of sore, the kind that makes you feel like you've really achieved something.
The facility was top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. The small class size also ensured a more personalized experience, allowing the instructor to give individual attention to each participant.

Went to the intro class yesterday and I’m feeling THE burn today. Amaris was so patient BUT ABOUT HER BUSINESS. You will feel it in your booty, thighs and and for sure. If I continue, I know I’ll be looking like Angela Bassett in “What’s Love Got To Do With It” in no time, sans the black eyes and swollen lips.
