I welcome small groups (maximum 8) into my home studio. This is an ideal class for beginners of all ages to come together in a judgement free space to learn and practice my Mat Fusion Class. I also offer one-on-one sessions.
My classes are crafted to offer a full-body workout, promoting a sense of overall well-being. Feel rejuvenated and energized after every session.

I look forward to Lisaβs class every week. It is challenging enough for you to see improvements in your strength and balance and calming enough for you to feel so great and centered afterward. The timing and location also work out so well if your kids are at Burning Tree. Highly recommended!

I joined a small group Pilates class with other moms, and it was a great experience! Lisa, the instructor, guided us through each posture. Some of them were challenging, but she made modifications, so it wasn't too hard and was still enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout.

If you're looking for a comprehensive Pilates class that'll work your mind, body, and soul, then you've come to the right place. The small group setting as well as the lively music made the class feel intimate and fun. Lisa is an amazing instructor. Not only does she challenge you to work your body, but she also brings a sense of calm with it (quiet voice and soothing personality). I came out of the class feeling energized and ready to take on the day. 100% recommend!
