Briq Haus is a cute, boutique style, Pilates studio that offers an intimate practice environment to help deepen engagement and collaboration. I was really excited to try this studio and quite pleased with the classes. After one of my classes, I believe I, unfortunately, interacted with the owner during a bad day. After my class concluded, she came to the back of the studio, near the cubbies, and I expected her to greet me, but she walked past me, so I took it upon myself to say hello instead. She didn't seem excited, which is understandable since she was probably busy with other tasks, but I at least thought she would have the decency to extend warmth to a client practicing in her studio. I then started to engage in conversation with her, but she exuded an indifferent countenance and seemed annoyed. It was evident that she didn't want to speak/interact with me, which was humiliating, as it made me feel embarrassed and unappreciated. Sometimes, we're unaware of our countenance and the impact it can have toward others, so we should try to be as introspective as possible to avoid subtly offending people, especially customers of your establishment. Please note, this review isn't being written with hostility, as I think this is still a nice studio to practice at if you want a unique Pilates experience. As mentioned, I probably just caught her on a bad day, but unfortunately, it had a lasting impact and influenced my decision to not return. *(You will not find my purchase under this name since I know the reply might mention their inability to locate me in their system).*

Beautiful studio offering mat and reformer classes. Small reformer class size means attention is paid to your form. The studio looks amazing and smells like eucalyptus. Instructors are top notch. This is my new place when visiting from LA!

This pilates studio is a total vibe. I had my first class today (first time on a reformer) and it was a pleasure to enjoy it in such a beautiful space. Love the smaller class size given I was new, I was able to get the corrections I needed. Olivia at the front desk was so amazingly helpful and my foundation reformer class with Lindsay was amazing. I'm going to be signing up. I kinda didn't want to leave this review to keep it a secret. LOL. They need Briq Haus branded swag--I would buy it! ;-)

This Pilates studio is amazing! The environment is so clean, fresh, and welcoming; you notice it as soon as you walk in. The ambiance and even the smell make it such an enjoyable place to be. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and create such a positive atmosphere. I felt comfortable and motivated the entire time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and uplifting Pilates experience!

This studio is so cute!!! I was up here from NC, and did the 3 for $35 deal, which was perfect for my week long stay.

The studio has so many sweet little touches, and the staff was very kind. I had Debora for all three classes, and she was amazing! Her classes were both challenging and rewarding, and she was so supportive and encouraging!

I’m sad I don’t live here to get a membership, but definitely will be coming back if I find myself back in Frederick!

I’m in love with this space it is absolutely gorgeous from the small details to the amazing energy it holds, the owner is also lovely inside and out. the sample workout I had the pleasure to experience was intense but easy enough for me as a beginner to do. 10/10 recommend! definitely try a class if you are just starting your wellness journey or looking to mix up your fitness routine!

I took a hot mat class and I loved it! The instructors are hands on and so helpful. I felt like I got the most out of my workout because my instructor was helping me with every move! Definitely recommend!!

This morning I had the pleasure of visiting the studio and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a beautiful, calming environment that instantly put me at ease. The studio's design is both serene and inviting, with soft lighting and tranquil decor that creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and focus. Truly the most beautiful studio I have ever visited.

I took my first hot Pilates class, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The instructor, Gabriella, was knowledgeable and supportive. She guided us through each move with encouragement while also offering modifications.

I’m so excited that a studio like this is now in downtown Frederick!

This establishment is amazing. The outside is appealing with the inside being clean & welcoming. You would be remiss if you didn't stop by and sign up for a class or two. An absolutely beautiful Pilates studio that, at the time of this review, is just opening. There are currently 4 reformers with 4 more coming soon. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Get in quick, I foresee this place becoming very popular quickly!
