Burn Boot Camp in Columbia, MD features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Love showing up for camp! Everyday is something different so I'm never bored. Great way to get in a tough workout without having to plan in advance. The trainers are awesome and the community is encouraging as a whole.

Burn Boot Camp has been an incredible experience! The motivating trainers really push you to reach your limits while ensuring that your form is correct, which is so important for preventing injuries. The workouts are always challenging and keep things fresh, making it easy to stay engaged and excited about fitness. Plus, having childwatch available is a huge bonus for parents. But what truly makes Burn Boot Camp special is the community – the people working out alongside you create such a supportive and encouraging environment. It's like having a second family that cheers you on every step of the way!

Burn workouts make me feel as if I’ve never actually worked out a day in my life lol The workouts are super challenging, fulfilling and fun! My ADHD really appreciates the variety of workouts. The trainers have an excellent balance of pushing you past your mental blocks and being supportive to your physical barriers. I’ve attended 8 camps and I already feel the Burn community vibes. Burn has become my personality and I can’t stop talking about it!
If you’re contemplating it, JUST DO IT. It’s worth the investment 💪🏽

This camp is different, there is something new everyday and using tools makes it fun. I can see me sticking with this for a long time, it’s not boring and you don’t do the same workout over and over. The instructors are encouraging and super nice!
