About the Club

Chaotic Good Fitness empowers people to improve themselves through movement and habit changes.

We are client centered and body positive. We focus on the individual client’s needs and goals without trying to fit them into the standards set up by the fitness industry. Each client has a unique background, goal, and body that deserves to be valued and considered when working together. We don’t expect all of our clients to look, act, feel, or need the same thing, so we don’t use a pre-packaged, uniform program.

Keira really helped me achieve my goals! I was over 220 pounds after giving birth and felt completely helpless. Keira was so sweet and understanding and made food recommendations and a meal plan that really worked for me. She took into consideration my exercise preferences and developed a plan I knew I could stick to. Two years later, I’m 50 pounds lighter ☺️

I strongly recommend Chaotic Good. They are patient, encouraging (every day), will work with you on fitness and health goals, including those that are less about leg day and more about reading for 10 minutes a day. They also have a range of cost options, and the app they use is great. Body positive of all types. In the LGBTQ+ community, so you can feel safe!

Keira is amazing! I had been getting really frustrated trying to work out alone because of some knee pain and sickness I was experiencing. But they worked with me around those issues to ensure that I was still able to work towards my goals. They have a lot of knowledge and kept things interesting so that not only was I making progress but I wasn't getting bored or hating my time spent exercising. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a personal trainer who will support and encourage you to reach your fitness goals!

Keira has been amazing. I deal with depression and anxiety and taking care of myself has always been difficult. Keira's been able to motivate me without stressing me out and their understanding yet supportive outreach has been incredible. I was always interested in getting into strength training but was worried about doing the wrong thing or potentially hurting myself by accident. Also, as an introvert and nerd, gym culture in general was a huge turn off for me. Keira helped ramp me up and get comfortable in approaching strength exercises, starting from light dumbbells to the bar. Today I go to the gym 4 times a week and am enjoying the change of pace as someone who used to do nothing but cardio. And, if life things get in the way, Keira has been very understanding and flexible with adjusting workouts/schedules as needed.

Keira and I met through the FYT app/website and I am so happy I found her! We've been training for a few months and she provides such an empowering and supportive environment to train in! She is extremely flexible and go with the flow, meeting me at my home gym and training me there. We celebrate little victories and continue to push for more progress! Keira is amazing. My greatest challenge to getting physically fit has always been a lack of knowledge. Honestly, I had no clue what to do. They worked with me, without judgement. I asked for basic exercises that I could do on my own and they taught me some. Like when i saw taught I mean, teaching me the correct way to do the exercise and how to stay safe doing then. I'm definitely going back to them for more lessons when I'm ready to start up again.

Keira listened closely to what I asked for and catered my routines to me. I was so pleased with this because most trainers inevitably try to push what they think you should want instead of listening to you.

We work on flexibility and mobility along with strength training, all easily done at home without a ton of equipment. The price is extremely reasonable considering they come to me and create such a personalized experience. I would recommend Keira to anyone with specific goals or anyone who may be a little intimidated to figure out a program on their own.

They built me a great customized workout package that I could do from my home, that specifically fit my goals and my ADHD. My upper body is getting stronger!!! The price was less than I expected for that much personalization. Even though I hired them remotely, Kiera video called made sure that I understood all the movements and how the program was designed. Strongly recommend!

The thing I most appreciate about working with Keira is that they are committed to working with you and what you want, not just what is the fitness trend of the moment. After talking to them about my goals they've created a program that fits me and my fitness goals, taking into account my abilities and limitations and weird scheduling constraints. And they're always willing to adjust things to better fit what my goals and limitations are day to day (which is sometimes an undervalued quality.) I am really happy with the progress I'm making with Keira as my trainer. She pushes me, but also won't let me push myself too hard. She understands my physical limitations and tailors my workouts so that I can work smarter and harder. Workouts are challenging but rewarding, and Keira is very encouraging.
