Chase Performance Training is by far one of the most amazing training facilities. Chase's knowledge and experience in this field are astounding. He also has an amazing coach, Chanel. Chanel is attentive to details, and her passion for training is superior. Both Chase and Chanel have had such an important role in my 2 athlete childrens recovery from injury and strength training.

Chase is true professional and a great man! He is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and highly attentive to the needs of his clients. He always listens carefully to your stated needs, goals, and/or ailments and consistently develops comprehensive plans to address all of them! I’ve been working with him for over 5 years and he has been a perfect navigator for me on my journey towards better health and fitness. He’s a true believer in staying fit for life and ‘walks the walk’ when it comes to leading by example. Through his program, I’ve learned the importance of connectivity between mind, body, & spirit especially to treat various maladies. Chase Performance uses a holistic approach that includes dietary awareness, proper exercise, improved sleep therapy, and adequate regeneration. I give Chase Performance Training my highest endorsement and look forward to training for my next chapter with his team’s guidance and support!

I have been working with Chase for 6 years now. He never fails to help me address whatever aches and pains I'm feeling - especially since I started playing pickleball early last year. Because of him, I can continue to enjoy this sport I've come to love and still feel good in my body. Thanks, Chase!

I've been working with Chase for over seven years. I went initially to get help with functional strengthening to address lower back pain. Chase has been like a miracle worker. He has an excellent understanding of the interconnected complexities of the anantomy and is able to make seemingly small adjustments to our workouts that have a huge impact on my daily life. Chase is a great communicator, coach and teacher, plus is able to make workouts fun. I couldn't recommend him more.

Chase has been my personal trainer for seven years. He works with me twice a week. I am a surgeon, and I spend long hours on my feet. I used to leave the operating room with pain in my back and neck and stiff knees. Chase worked on my posture and good moving habits. With Chase's help, in addition to being pain-free, I started enjoying morning runs and other physical activities. Now I have confidence that I will be injury-free because I know how to move safely and efficiently. Working with Chase is the best time and money investment in my health!

I work from home and after two years, my body felt like it was in atrophy. I reached out to Chase through a local chef/forager friend recommendation. I meet Chase at the Opti gym, since it's closer to my house, and we spent the first month building back the basic movement patterns to support heavier lifting and get me closer to my goal to be able to do pull-ups (something I've struggled with during past periods of lifting). I'm a month in at this point and I'll say that Chase's optimism, support and guidance is a welcomed part of my work from home routine. I feel like I have a friend at the gym who's constantly reflecting my inner & outer strength while giving me lessons on anatomy and mindset along the way. I know I'll be doing a pull-up soon. Something I could never say before. I also visited Chase at his own gym (Gaithersburg) and can't wait for future trainings and events that he offers there once the construction is finished. Also really excited for the upcoming wellness experience that includes movement, breath-work, ice bathing and a locally sourced chef-prepared meal on April 10. My kinda day! Thank you Chase, looking forward to more time in the gym (and outside)!

I am a Physical Therapist who specializes in manual therapy and movement. I can't say enough good things about Chase. The biggest compliment is not what I say, but by what I do. Chase has been my primary and go to person for referring my clients too. I refer everyone to him, from clients with a complicated medical history with chronic pain to high level athletes needing to get to the next level. Chase is the person I trust more than anyone. Every single one of the clients that I have sent to Chase have not only tremendously benefitted physically, but everyone loves him as a person. He is just a great human being on top of being a master of his craft. I have recently moved to New Hampshire and I truly miss having Chase to refer all of my clients too. If you are in the Maryland area, you are truly lucky to have such a gifted movement specialist in your backyard.

I have been training with Chase for over five years.
My transformation has been astounding. Chase is unbelievably patient, very generous and extremely knowledgeable and has many years of training..
He is very focused, clear and allowed me to move at my own pace, which was initially exceedingly slow with some frequent discouragement on my part. I had severe injury in both knees and much limitation and pain in my right hip, headed toward needing a hip replacement.
I had not been able to squat for over 30 years. And I could only walk for less than 20 minutes without substantial pain. I can now finally squat, walk and hike for an hour or more, and I can even lift a 56 pound kettle bell using a learned hinge movement pattern. I also recover much more readily from any setbacks I encounter, which has kept my attitude much more optimistic. A big plus in the requisite aging process.
Chase’s systemic approach of skillfully helping the individual connect and restructure their whole kinetic chain of tissues from top to bottom as one unified unit, strengthens, reshapes and rebalances all the joints, muscles and tissues throughout the whole body. It’s brilliant.
I practice and teach Qi gong, tai chi and other movement arts. The principles and practices that I have learned with Chase have truly optimized both my normal movement patterns and especially my other athletic endeavors. I very much doubt I could have made such good progress in any of these fronts without Chase’s tremendous skill.
I highly recommend his training and coaching to anyone who either wants to optimize their current well-being, such as a young and aspiring athlete, or one who has had physical setbacks in their life journey.
