I've been working out with Christian for going on two years now, both in person and virtually, and have enjoyed every minute of it. He is constantly challenging me to improve myself and push harder, while being accommodating of injuries or preferences. When I started working out I didn't have much clue what I was doing in the gym. Training with Christian was a great improvement as he made me a simple personalized programme that helped me progress, get stronger and more confident. As I progressed I was able to lift heavier, do more complex exercises and see real changes in my body. He's very knowledgeable and his advice helped me become more healthy, not only in the gym but also outside of it. Christian was of great advice on nutrition and training. I've seen tangible progress as much in fat loss than muscle gains and it feels amazing! I highly recommend him if you want a reliable trainer that will make you reach a better version of yourself.
