While I enjoyed the program while it lasted and the personal trainer I had for my classes was great....I don't like the fact that they locl you into a contract and when you decide to cancel early....they charge you an astronomical fee of $250 to cancel the membership! Never again will I sign up with compel fitness! They never answer the phone when you're trying to cancel and they don't return your phone call. I'm so glad my contract will end next month. Definitely a lesson learned!

I really enjoyed working with Kevin and Daniel yesterday and today. Kevin went over the Compel Fitness workout and nutritional programs. He answered all my concerns in detailed and provided detailed information. He was very knowledgeable.
Daniel signed me up yesterday and explained the benefits of Compel Fitness that ensured me that they could give me what I need to achieve my goals. Daniel did my initial workout today and I felt the BURN. My experience over the last 2 days was AWESOME. I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

Yesterday was my first day back in the gym in 4 months. My session with Megan was amazing. She was very attentive, patient, and made me feel very comfortable as she has always done. She pushed me to my full potential and I left my session feeling hugely accomplished.

Today my session with Wyss was just as amazing. He was very energetic and welcomed me back with an intense workout that challenged me to my full capacity. He kept me motivated through it all. Very rewarding experience.

Wyss and Megan are the reasons why I’m happy I chose Compel Fitness for my fitness goals and lifestyle change. They are very inspiring, creative, and the best at their profession. I am always looking forward to my next session.

The trainers are amazing. They are encouraging and inspiring. They create workouts that are challenging. They will gently push you to complete the workout, but will adjust the exercise if needed. I had trainers before that did not work for me because they just created basic workouts for you without taking into count your ability, age, and current strength level. I am very impressed with the Compel Fitness coaches. I have worked out with three coaches, Wyssmy, Megan, & David and I would highly recommend all three. They all bring a little something different, so I will continue my workouts with all three.

The best part of Compel Largo is the staff. I enjoy my AM workouts with Tara and Wyssmy. Tara is great on focusing on health and targeting areas I want to focus on! Wyssmy is great at focusing on total body fitness and strength training. He is also very patient with clients. Wyssmy and Donica are no joke lol. I enjoy PM workouts with Donica (and Saturday morning team training) and Nicole W. Donica always pushes me to do me best even when I don’t feel like working out. She is invested in clients and actively listens to my concerns. I enjoy working out with Nicole W on total body fitness and she has a great bubbly/ welcoming personality. Megan has been awesome with team trainings and motivating me with my fitness goals. Megan is awesome at following up with clients who are missing classes or have not met fitness goals. I love that she shares her experience as a Compel client prior to working for Compel. I really really dislike working out, but when I come in to train the workers are always welcoming and friendly. My fellow Compel teammates and trainers motivate me to be and do my best. In my recent weigh-in 2/28/2019 I have lost 5 percent body fat since joining Compel and being consistent with my fitness journey. I learned fitness is a lifestyle! After a year I now feel equipped with the tools to workout and eat healthy on my own after my membership ends.

I walked into the gym already weary from sitting in traffic. I was prepared to go home. 10 minutes late, I forced my way to the workout area and seeing the enthusiasm from the coaches and those hard at work training sent energy through my veins! The coaches greeted me and showed me where we were working out. I was finally ready to start.
The exercises were easy to understand and fun, but still challenging. After all the exercises were complete and our time was up, I was exhausted and excited for more. This was my first class and I am looking forward to coming back and meeting all the goals I have set for myself on my fitness journey.

I am glad to write this review so that I might extol the Compel Fitness team professionalism, hardwork and customer service skills!

The fitness advisor was focused and very courteous, explaining what Compel offer and how I could reach my fitness goals even with my busy schedule. My questions answered all with great details. He took his time, but was conscientious of mine; I find that highly valuable in customer service-oriented work. I received follow-up emails and/or text making sure that I was satisfied with the service or if I had additional questions.

The meal program was created specific to my fitness goals. The workouts are fun and challenging for all levels of fitness (extremely impressed). They offer classes throughout the week which works for my busy life.

In the beginning I was a little hesitant and lacked motivation. But now, living healthier is apart of my β€œbusy life”. Just know what you put in you will get out. I’m on the path to reaching my fitness goal with excitement. I highly recommend anyone to join this community of great individuals.

The trainers are EVERYTHING, and that’s what really counts. They are friendly, motivating, HILARIOUS, encouraging and always helpful. They definitely see the best in you, and help you achieve your overall health goals. They kill it (and you) during each session, they give you exercises to do on your own when you can’t make it to a session, and even help you with your eating habits. All around Compel is where it’s at! They compel you to be better and get stronger...haha get it!

I worked with Donica for the afternoon class and hunny let me tell you, the workout classes are no joke! She had us working!! My legs burn, my arms, everything. She was very patient with the class as their were elder individuals and young and moved at a pace that still challenged us but gave us just a little lee way at the same time. This was my first day back postpartum so it’s hard but I feel great!! Megan is also my trainer and she is soo awesome. The girl is filled with personality and she even lost quite a bit herself. Her story is very encouraging to those looking to lose. Just keep going and it will be worth it!!

Had my first workout with Wiz! I’m surprised the movements he had me doing worked so quickly. At first I felt like I wasn’t doing much, by the end of the workout my back was drenched. Will definitely do a semi private training session with him again.

She was extremely enthusiastic, knowledgeable and clear about her workout and I felt ready to attack my goals.
