Can you remember that time in your life when you felt invincible, like you could do anything? Can you picture that time? Well we help you feel like that again.

We help people move better and feel better. We create specialized programs to help busy people like yourself, stay energetic, so you can look, feel and move better!

We will create a custom program that helps you feel like your 21 again. To do that our first step will be a complete physical assessment and client history, and with that picture in mind we will design a unique program that is geared to helping you become stronger, fitter and healthier.

Karen Skidmore has been training me for 4 months. I feel better mentally and physically and plan on continuing with her assistance for a long time. Karen explains all exercises and the muscles that benefit. We discuss nutrition, eating and additional exercise plans. She is aware and very knowledgeable about the training and how to avoid injury. Karen puts a lot of thought on how to increase my workload without pushing me too hard. Highly recommend.

I found Karen, owner of Completely Fit, the Summer of 2022. I was looking to recover from an illness that nearly took my life January 2022. I’m normally a very active person and the recovery was not going well. Karen tested me that day and it was clear I was not ready. Tho my heart wanted to get to work that Summer, it would be another year plus before I could get started.
The Spring of 2024 I was ready…well my heart was but it was clear my body and all my systems had really taken a hit.
I would have never been able to do what Karen has done for me in my recovery the last 6 month.
Her knowledge of how the body works is to be noted. Her understanding of how everything works together is really amazing and I have learned so much! More than that, my body has started to heal! Sometimes it’s two steps forward and one step back but Karen is always there to encourage and to point out where I started from! She has become my biggest supporter in my recovery and her genuine care and support is truly a gift! I’m not sure I can ever repay her for the teaching about what we are doing and the why instead of just do this exercise .
If you are looking for a Personal Trainer that has years and years of experience and will truly look at how your body works together to help to correct the problems, give Karen a chance.
I am so happy she came into my life!

Karen is amazing! She sat down with me and my daughter and developed a plan for her based on what she wanted to achieve. Her schedule was flexible and she also took the time to explain what was worked on during her session and what she noticed and areas to keep focusing on. I am new to working out, but as I age I recognize that I need to increase my overall physical strength and endurance. My only regret is that I wish I had started working with Karen at Completely Fit sooner. Since the first day working with Karen, I have gained increased strength, balance, endurance, and confidence. Karen is a great personal trainer! I worked with her for more than three years. Life got crazy and I started to find that hard core exercise stress was one stressor too many and I was getting sick too often. I have since taken up yoga but do miss coming to see Karen! She is not just a trainer but also a teacher. She teaches you how to move correctly so that when you do venture off into exercising yourself or taking up alternate forms of exercise you understand how best to move to keep yourself injury free. I have taken a lot of form, alignment and movement knowledge into my yoga practice and believe it has been very helpful!

Of all the people I’ve trained with, Karen is the most knowledgable about form and fixing your weaknesses. As a weekend warrior type, she is invaluable because she is able to dig deeper as to why you are getting injured and moving a certain way. Karen is a must have as one of your contacts in fitness.

I have worked with Karen for about 6 years in a small group setting 2-3 days per week. I am always impressed at her professionalism and her knowledge of the body. She is regularly taking classes and attending seminars to keep up with new developments in the fitness field as well as the importance of nutrition along with well rounded exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Even in a small group, she personalized workouts to meet each individual's needs. I have moved out of state and have yet to find anyone who could measure up to her standards.

As I am getting older and my old workouts are not giving me the results I used to. I am working with Karen to come up with a new workout plan that will help me obtain the results I want , but not make me so sore that I can't walk or move for my active job as a nurse. Karen is very knowledgable, motivating, and values my time. She helps me make the most of my workouts. I would recommend her to anyone, of all ages.

My husband began working with Karen at Completely Fit months before I did. With his progress being so amazing and his constant talk at dinner about how wonderful Karen was to work with and how knowledgeable she is with regards to exercises, nutrition, parts of the body, muscles, and types of programs from flexibility, cardio, core, balance, and strength that it was an easy decision for me to start working with Karen as well. She was extremely flexible with my work schedule (could see her as early as 5:30am) and really tailored a workout plan to my specific needs. My husband and I would work out together, but she individualized everything for us since he was working with a bad right knee. My husband and I are very competitive and she made working out so easy for us and a challenge that kept us both pushing through workouts even if we were tired. Karen is amazing, professional, and knowledgeable beyond any trainer I have worked with (and my husband and I were both collegiate athletes). I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for one-on-one training.
