I love Coppermine. I take full advantage of my affordable membership. I love the pool, the cycle/spin classes, the yoga classes, Barre, and more. The trainers are great! Eva is wonderful. She helped me with my nutrition needs and personal training. I highly recomend checking out Coppermine!!!

Joined Coppermine a year ago and it was the best decision! So many classes to choose from; instructors are amazing. Love the gym…the equipment are tops. 2 pools, pickle ball court and on and on! The best!!

Too expensive, prices keep increasing while service decreases, right before the New Years crowd comes in.
Excited to go somewhere else far more REASONABLE

Emailed in to cancel my membership due to being relocated for work. I had a locker that I paid to rent, the membership is paid ahead, I went in less than a week after letting them know that I was canceling and my locker was empty. I had a full change of clothes in there and some very nice shoes. When I shared this information with them, they said that they checked it when I canceled and it was empty. So either the locker I rented wasn’t secure or they threw it away. Either way I’m out a nice pair of Brookes and they don’t care. Stay away from this place, there are way nicer gyms in the area for the monthly cost of this place.

Today I was so pleasantly surprised to see Coppermine is embracing the summer months and bringing a nice summer vibe to the establishment. Upon entering (I didn’t get his name, but the very polite young man at the front desk) was wearing vibrant tropical shorts. It made me feel like I was walking into a luxury resort in the tropics! I love that you guys are doing this. It really does make a huge difference! Can’t wait to see what other fun tropical attire they are wearing my next visit!

Let's hope you don't have to play basketball here....ugh! So annoying. One stairway up/down, crowded hallway, safety issues with people pushing trying to get the only 2 bleachers they do have, and if you chose to bring your own chair there is no where to put it. Terrible!!! They should not allow it for safety issues the Fire Marshall should be called.

I originally joined Coppermine Four Seasons in order to provide my grandchildren with whom I live, an aquatic facility to use during the summer months. It appears that coppermine is willing to spend copious quantities of money to upgrade all kinds of facilities except the aquatic facilities. For 4 years. The rumors have wafted around the pool saying that the small, original pool would be upgraded. This is just occurring now. Unfortunately, as of Thanksgiving the entire original pool has been bulldozed. The ground is going to be too frozen to do anything and in another month, it's also going to be too cold to pour concrete. Approximately next May, I can guarantee you that the small pool will not be ready to open. This past season started with patrons not being able to use showers, the changing rooms, or the bathrooms within the gym facility even though there's an opening from the pools to said facilities. They were locked and unaccessible. It took approximately 3 weeks to get that straightened out. One of the main guards told me that a new changing/ bathroom facility would be provided within 2 weeks. I just shook my head. No construction can occur within 2 weeks. It makes me wonder where that guard had gotten that particular piece of information. The next problem was that all three grandchildren missed one of their swimming lessons due to the lessons being canceled due to inclement weather. I emailed in August and was told that the pool would have to close before refunds were issued. I emailed again at the end of September and was told that refunds had already been issued. I informed the powers that be that I had not received a refund and was told they'd have to check to make sure that the check hadn't been cashed and once that was done a new check would be issued. By the second week in November. I decided I was finished playing footsie with the management of this copper mine and I reported them to the better business bureau. Immediately after informing the staff that I had filed a complaint, I received an email saying that a new check would be issued. It's now thanksgiving and there's no check. Be wary about signing up for such things as automatic withdrawal for memberships because once they have your money, you aren't going to see it again, regardless of any event in which copper mine is responsible. This particular part of the coppermine family has very poor business practices. Buyer beware.

My son loved his Trailblazers camp here last week with Taylor, Tessa, and Nate. He had a blast. They did a great job helping my typically reserved son feel comfortable, and helped him have a great time. He talked my ear off about it on the way home each day. He looks forward to attending again next year.

We had 4 kids in the summer camp and it’s the first camp that ALL FOUR kids enjoyed!! Not only are the staff/counselors amazing, I love that it is one of the few camps that has an early start in the summer which works well for our family/school schedule! We will definitely be signing up for every summer!!!

My kids have gone to Coppermine for years so this review is long over due. This camp is exceptional- the counselors genuinely care about the kids and make it a point to ensure they have a fun and safe summer. This year my daughters main counselor is Kassidy and she loves her. Every morning Kassidy cheerfully greets us and gets my daughter off on the right foot. I highly recommend Coppermine!

Absolutely love this place, especially for their summer camp. This is my sons first year going and he absolutely loves every minute of it and can’t wait to go back every day. I love all the activities that they do with them every day and make it a fun experience. Thought it was a little pricey but once I have seen what all is included and makes my son happy, it’s worth every penny. Will definitely be returning next year for summer camp as well.

I am a father of 2. My son and my daughter enjoy going to this summer camp. Educational, excellent activities, and swimming pool. Positive counselors that really do care for all of the summer campers well being. Helping the children feel welcomed and making new friends. Thank you so much to the camp counselors Kassidy, Carly, Wyatt, Caitlin and Erika for caring about our summer camp children.

I can’t say enough about Coppermine’s camp. My son went last year for 3 weeks and just completed his first week yesterday. He was in the Trailblazer group. Gabe and Taylor, his Counselors were awesome. The camp and counselors were very welcoming and great with the kids. My son came home tired everyday which was great. Driving home on the last day, my son got a little teary and said he wish it wasn’t over. Fortunately, he has 2 more weeks this summer. Definitely a must if you’re looking for an all around good camp.

My kids had a blast at Coopermine! They came home exhausted every day but excited to go back! My oldest loved being able to go down the big slide and swim all over the pool! My youngest loves playing drip drip drop (water duck duck goose) and the splash area!!! They can’t wait to go back next year!!!

There is lots of parking except for someone who has problems walking. The soccer field is way down a hill with a few parking spaces and only a couple of handicap spaces. These spaces are taken up quickly especially the open ones. Need more parking for those who want to see grandchildren play but have difficulty navigating the steep hill.

Our party of 7 went to the pool at Coppermine on a Friday afternoon for the first time since the pandemic. It was still a nice pool area with plenty of chairs & covered picnic area. However, the concession stand was closed due to covid, which was disappointing since we had planned to get food/snacks there. They never mentioned that to me when I called for pricing the day before. The daily pricing is a little high ($90 for us) and the pool is in need of some minor repairs. There was also a large section of "gunk" & debris floating in one of the pools which the lifeguard never cleaned. Also, BE CAREFUL when entering pool driveway as there is a HUGE pothole to maneuver around. Give the pool area some much needed TLC & I will return to give a 5 star review.

Horrible management of pool. We weren’t contacted about a change of time for our children’s lessons and the pool manager was rude and demeaning.

I just became a member at 4 Seasons and comparing this gym to Brick Bodies in a Reisterstown as that was my previous gym before Covid. As a tall guy 6’ 8” Brick Bodies machines have way more adjustability for tall people. There are several machines at 4 Seasons that I can’t get my legs under properly or feel uncomfortable using the machines. The problems are either the seat doesn’t go down low enough and or I can’t get my legs under to give me proper posture while lifting. It would be great if 4 seasons could look into this as my previous experience in Brick Bodies was way better.

After reopening due to the scamdemic racquetball players are now required to rent court time. This was included in your membership in the past. Hopefully this will return in the near future until then I will use the gym for workout purposes which is top notch.

new management is very unconcerned with helping the customers.. shame as it used to be a very customer service driven gym. it is one of the better gyms around as far as equipment and classes, however, the gym itself is outdated and again, horrible customer service. likely will be taking my membership elsewhere in the future, which is also a shame considering i have been there for a few years.

Don’t do inflatables Bday party – you will be disappointed! We recently had my daughter’s birthday party there and the inflatables were beyond disappointment. The big inflatable was not properly installed resulting in a big safety issue. It consists of three parts, however, there were not connected where there were obviously hoops for that and one could easily fall in between. My daughter almost did, luckily, I was there to catch her. My son wasn’t so lucky and he fell and hit his head that left a big red scratch (fortunately no cracked head). Besides the safety issue, the inflatables are worn out and patch up which results of them being not as firm as they should be. Overall very disappointed and wish we’ve gone somewhere else.
