I came in for a free trial and now I am going to buy an entire membership. The classes are tough, but I feel so much better when I leave. Blair and Sammy are such incredible instructors and are very kind and patient.

Flew from Minnesota to take a strength training class with Sarah! She kept the energy up, is a great instructor, and her instructions for form are very helpful! Canβt wait to take another, it was amazing!

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill over the past year.
Itβs become a revolving door of instructors and many of the good ones have left due to poor management.
Very overpriced membership for few actual yoga classes.
If you want to actually practice yoga, look elsewhere.
If you want to try one of their gimmicky strength classes, youβre in luck!

This was one of the best yoga classes Iβve ever been to Rajiv was witty, helpful, energetic, calming, and inspirational all wrapped in one person. The flow of his class was so perfect. His music selection was great as well. I will definitely be back and wish nothing but the best for him as he continues to impact people with his yoga teaching style. Iβm still in awe!

Came on Wed 3 weeks back had a great time with yoga instructor Ashley, came back last week to join and they said she was no longer there. Very disappointed since it took me awhile to decide on what studio to join and it was a good session.

After two months of daily classes, this is my home away from home! With two studios and nice variety of classes, youβll find whatever floats your navasana. This studio has a heavy focus on Sculpt which is the most popular, but all the classes are wonderful. Clean practice rooms and showers, friendly staff and great community! Everyone gets lost the first time, make sure to get there early, the entrance is on the upper floor next to MedStar.

Impossible to find. They lock the doors after 1 minute so good luck if youβre lost or late. I came here specifically because reviews said parking was easy. I ended up walking through an urgent care clinic and asking a receptionist for instructions because it was so difficult to find. I was here early enough to get in if I didnβt get lost running in circles around the complex. I even tried to call for help but thereβs no local number to call. Complete waste of my time.

Went for my first class today. The studio is great! Spacious yoga rooms, lovely lobby, clean and a locker room with anything you might need - showers, bathrooms, toiletries, etc. Very friendly and inclusive studio with optional hands on adjustments provided. Highly recommend!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not have clear instructions on how to get into the studio. I do not live in the city so I had to leave extra early and come out of my way for my 6am class. I arrived at 5:42am and went into the MedStar clinic, I rang the doorbell multiple times and called CorePower dozens of times to get some clear instructions to enter the studio. I was highly confused because I walked into the building that had β1420β printed on the front of it. While I was waiting for someone to answer the doorbell I noticed that there was a sketchy homeless person in the parking garage and it was darkβ¦ I felt unsafe. Finally, at 6:08am someone answered the doorbell and gave me instructions on how to enter CorePower Yoga but I already knew it was too late. However, I still went into the studio and it was locked, of course. Thankfully there was a 7am class at the Brewers Hill location I recommend that you go there instead. Brewers Hill staff is amazing! :)

Amazing classes and studio. Danβs yoga sculpt is the best workout!! Great parking lot in the city. Although, be sure you arrive early. The doors were locked and I missed the class because I was two minutes late.

Studio was beautiful with a great view of the Baltimore Harbor. Jill led an excellent sequence and had us facing the sunrise on several occasions which was an added bonus. Plenty of parking, but difficult to find as a first timer in this location.

If you are walking/biking/scooting over, go to the backside of the building and walk up the garage ramp. I have not actually attended a class but attempted to! I scheduled a noon class walked from across the street over and followed Google maps. Google maps lead me to the front entrance where there is zero signage about how as a pedestrian you can get to the yoga studio. After walking around Key Highway and trying every door I took the main elevator to the second floor and asked at med star. When I finally arrived I was too late to join class and no one was in the main office. They need better signage for people arriving not in a car!

Above all the people make the place and this studio has some fantastic people. Two instructors in particular stood out. During my time there I loved the fun and fearless energy that Andrew brought to his YogaSculpt class; it kept us all motivated and engaged! I loved the deep introspection and meditation that Kristen layered with asana in C2. You know it's a good class when you release through tears! Overall I find this studio tranquil and welcoming, and totally recommend. The only grow I would suggest is in regard to the parking and entrance. It is a little confusing to find the studio from the ground floor of the building for the first time. Perhaps a few more signs would be helpful! Gratitude for your service.

Clean, well lit yoga studio with convenient parking.
I'm a Core Power Yoga Regular (Philly), and stopped by here on two separate occasions while passing through Baltimore. The location is convenient and close to 95, and has an adjacent easy-to-find parking lot.
The studios are clean and modern, as per the usual Core Power aesthetic. There seem to be a mix of beginners to intermediate yogis who practice here. The two classes I took were per the standard Core Power style, great workouts. One instructor was newer, one was more experienced. I like how this studio offers 75 minute classes, I wish this was the case at my home studio!

Not a safe place to do yoga. Beware your stuff might get stolen. I visited this place on 3/20/18 and kept all my stuff like phone, wallet, car keys and house keys in the locker room. Someone broke my locker and stole all my stuff. Their lockers are easily breakable and the worst part is they let anyone inside the studio without asking for their id. When asked for surveillance the manger said she canβt let me watch it coz of some stupid privacy reasons. So now I am confused as who actually stole my stuff.
The person whoever did this is trying to steal my car as he knows where I live and he has all my keys. Even after I told this to the manger she didnβt let me watch the surveillance. This place sucks and I had to spend so much money to get a new phone and replace all my house locks and cars locks. So good luck practicing yoga there!!!
And hereβs the pic of my locker which was ripped of so easily.

Loved the Yoga Sculpt class today with a sub teacher, Nicole. It was a challenging, hot class. I've done a similar class called Warrior Sculpt at another studio; I really preferred Nicole's speed and instruction. By no means was she "easier", she instructs at a reasonable pace so that you are mindful and do not injure yourself. My only complaint is that they do not have a mat/equipment spray or wipes in their studio. It's a hot class and none of the weights or blocks were cleaned afterwards. The blocks smelled terrible.

I was a member of CorePower in MN. When I moved back to MD in 2014, I discovered the only CorePower was located in Bethesda, 45 minutes away. I was thrilled when this location opened in Federal Hill and am so happy to be back in practice. The instructors are amazing and the location has a beautiful view of the harbor...Thank you CorePower for bringing yoga back into my life!
