— Private Personal Training
— Semi Private Training- limited space in my preset groups of up to 4 people at a time or form your own group/times.
— Bootcamp Comprehensive Group Training which includes:
• The Monday Mash Up- an equal parts strength & conditioning workout.
• Tabata Tuesday-a functional movement conditioning session.
• Weight Training Wednesdays- all weight lifting all day! The key to a toned physique!
• The Thursday Mix- functional training using stations. So FUN!
• The Friday FLEX - strength training, cardio and stretching HIIT sessions.
• Saturday - choose a strength & conditioning HIIT workout OR a weight lifting session.

I started with Kim a little less than a year ago. As a 50+ woman, my priority goal is to rebuild muscle and I have! I have gained so much strength since I began. I love that Kim is knowledgeable and is always concerned with form, which is so important in a trainer. She has many different fitness levels in her classes and can accommodate everyone. Kim has me back on track for strength training and I love the accountability of fixed classes and the nice people I have met and work out with. You will enjoy Kim as your trainer!

August 2022 I was sitting and contemplating life and decided I needed accountability to exercise. I play soccer a few nights a week, but I wanted a more organized workout. I have tried a variety of things on and off. But nothing really stuck. Then I came across Crofton Boot Camp. I needed to work out in the morning before life got going. So 6am boot camp was perfect. Except I reeeeaaaalllly don’t like getting up that early. The class itself was fabulous. Exactly what I was looking for, but the time just wasn’t going to work. So ultimately I ended up in the Semi-Private lifting seasons working out 3 days a week and it is perfect. Not only do I get the accountability that I was looking for. But I also get a coach. Someone to design my workouts. I am in charge of so much in my life I enjoy showing up and having Kim tell me exactly what to do. But what I enjoy most are the friendships I have formed. For the most part the same people (mostly ladies) come at 7am M/W/F. Over the past year plus we have gone from gym partners to gym friends. Kim has a wonderful way of making everyone feel welcome and part of the group. I enjoy getting out of bed and heading to the gym. If you want accountability, a wonderful coach, and to build strength…Look no further. Kim is the one!

Joining Crofton Bootcamp was a game-changer for my fitness journey. I've been going for over a year now and am so happy with my results. I really appreciate the blend of structure and variety; each session is well planned yet refreshingly different. Best of all, I can switch off my brain and focus on the workout—no planning required on my part. I just show up, follow Kim's expert instruction, and get to work. I have worked out with many trainers that are good but Kim is GREAT. Her workouts are challenging but inclusive to all fitness levels and ages! Kim motivates inspires and is the best DJ ever lol. I have been exercising with Kim for 3.5 years. When I met Kim, I was overweight and out of shape, as it had been years since I exercised regularly. Under Kim's direction, I have regained strength and achieved better health, and now feel quite fit. I’ve been working out at Crofton BootCamp for over 10 years and I’m in better shape in my 40’s than my 20’s. True story! Workouts are challenging and give me variety I need. It never gets boring. Kim is always changing it up so it never gets boring. People of all ages and sizes in various stages of life and Kim helps accommodate our bodies needs. I started with Crofton Bootcamp in October 2020 -- and my first class with Kim was via Zoom! I was impressed with her leadership and individualized attention during virtual classes. We moved classes outside and I found something I really enjoyed - variety, laughter, and most of all: a tough workout. I started out in December as a free trial and never left. The classes work for all levels and there are even accommodations for those with injuries, such as myself. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the workout I get in each of these classes and love the fact that the exercises get mixed up, so you don’t get bored with it. Kim is an excellent trainer and knows her stuff. She also encourages you when you lack the will power to get yourself in there.

After working with a personal trainer for a year, I recently made the switch to group fitness classes with Crofton Bootcamp. There are so many class options at different times throughout the week, you can easily fit in 3-4 workouts a week. Kim is a great instructor, and provides feedback to each participant throughout the session. The classes are challenging but fun, and the group members are very motivating. This is a very comfortable environment after working 1:1 with a trainer for so long.

Kimberly Allafi, the owner and trainer, is personally invested in the health and fitness of every client. She makes sure you don't skip sessions and keeps the sessions fun and challenging. When the pandemic hit, she seamlessly transitioned to live video classes; and, as restrictions lifted, she flawlessly restarted in person classes while keeping a live online option for most classes, all without skipping a beat keeping everyone healthy and motivated.
Kim is also extremely friendly and flexible. Even during group sessions, she is aware of limitations of each client and gives options for different exercises when necessary. Every client is also supportive of one another and makes newcomers feel welcome. The group has come to feel more like a family than just a series of fitness classes.
I would highly recommend this business for your health and fitness needs.

Kim is the best trainer!! My mom and I do these workouts together - they are great for everyone of all ages!! I love the variety in the workouts and always leave feeling like I got a good workout. I'm a repeat customer! I have been able to depend on Kim to make sure she trained me at my own speed and still get results. I appreciate the way she stresses accountability and will adjust the points of the workouts to make sure you are able to participate. It's hard to wake up to make the 6:00 am class but when you have a group of Ladies that encourage each other and a trainer that loves her job..... it makes it a little easier to show up at the crack of dawn. I would recommend Crofton Bootcamp in a heart beat. Kim is a serious trainer that meets each person at their individual level, cares about her clients and get results.

I have been working with Kim for almost 10 years, 2-3 times a week, and have never done the same workout twice! Kim is experienced, creative, and very flexible with her schedules and instructions. I took bootcamp classes with her all the way through a pregnancy (up to my 37th week), and was always able to modify any exercise so that I was comfortable. I’m almost 10 years older than when I started with her, and I credit her for helping me stay as fit as a 20 year old as I head into my middle years. I highly recommend Kim and Crofton Bootcamp!
