Here at CrossFit Bel-Air, we focus on strength conditioning mobility and metabolic/high intensity training. Every workout is modifiable to fit anyone’s individual needs. Our number one priority is to make sure that all members are moving well with great technique before ever focusing on intensity or loading. Many people come for the work out but stay for the community.

Came for the fitness but stayed for the Nutritional expect by Megan, the fitness master himself fit like Chris , and if by chance you get an ouch they got an in house athletic trainer to help you out and get you going again. The coaching is stellar, the equipment is cream of the crop and the community is one of a kind. Do yourself a favor drop in give it a chance. Chris Evering will change your life.

I’ve been a member of CFBA for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaches are absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, encouraging, and always willing to help athletes of all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to CrossFit or have been training for years, they meet you where you are and help you get stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Beyond the workouts, what really makes CFBA special is the community. It’s an amazing group of people who truly support one another — inside and outside the gym. This place has helped me through some tough times, both mentally and physically, and I’m so grateful for the positive energy and encouragement I’ve found here.

I’ve been a remeber of cfba for over 12 years now! It has saved me in more ways than explainable! I’ve competing many competitions and pushed myself in ways I never thought achievable all in the safety of great coaching and mentorship! You can not beat the community at this gym! They thrive to see you succeed and are running along with you as your dying some days! It’s not just about working out and pushing your self it’s also about people having your back even through bad days! There’s nothing about this gym that doesn’t bring a smile to my face even at 530 am lol! You can not beat top notch coaching here at cfba! This gym has taught me more than about myself then anywhere else possibly can! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been here just over 5 years, I joined right before the covid lockdown. Even in those days, the coaches found ways to keep the daily workouts going, lots of live streams and keeping everyone connected. Fast forward till now and I keep coming back, the coaches are great and so is the community that has been built around this gym. I have made so much progress over the last 5 years and can't thank everyone enough.

I have been a member of CFBA for 2 years and it has been an amazing experience. Not only have I developed strength and fitness, but the friends I have made through the community is unmatched. Being no stranger to fitness, from youth athletics into adulthood, going to various gyms for a good workout, we were looking for something different and decided to give CrossFit a try. My family & I have now been members of CrossFit Bel Air for over 12 years. During these 12 + years, we have only gotten leaner, stronger & healthier!

I started going to CrossFit Bel Air in December of 2024 because I was unhappy with the way I looked. After 4 kids I didn’t even recognize myself anymore. While my physique has changed within the last year, so has my mindset. I’ve learned so much about how proper nutrition and hydration will aide in the best results for me not only physically, but mentally as well. The coaches and members at CFBA are nothing short of amazing. They are ALL always cheering one another on, incredibly supportive, and push each other to do better. Just when you think you can’t possibly push yourselves anymore, there is always someone there to show you that it’s possible and to believe in yourself. CFBA is not just a gym. It’s a community of like minded individuals that just want to be better, do better, and cheer you on while you do the same. Been at CFBA for over a decade. This gym community is like another family for us. My kids have grown up in the gym, my husband coaches, and I’m attending classes 4-5 days a week. My brother introduced me to this gym about two years ago and it’s changed my life. CFBA is easily one of my favorite places to be. I appreciate the community of like minded people who push you to be your best self. I had zero CrossFit experience before joining but I have always felt supported and welcomed. The coaches took the time to work with me and show me proper technique. I appreciate the tips and guidance along the way. The classes are fun and you’ll get a great workout in, but it’s truly so much more than that. 10/10 recommend.

I started CrossFit 4 years ago for my bone health and to "keep what I have" and to get stronger! I stay for the personalized coaching, encouragement and the variety. I wouldn't do this type of workout on my own. Every workout is scaled for my abilities! All ages are welcomed and it is a family vibe that I enjoy!

I’ve dropped into CrossFit Bel Air a handful of times while visiting family and friends. The early morning crew shows up strong, the kind of energy that makes you want to work a little harder just being in the room. The community is incredibly welcoming, and I’ve always felt right at home from the moment I walk in.
The space itself is awesome, big and laid out really well, which makes training smooth and enjoyable. I’m grateful to have a place like this to come to when I’m not home. If you’re looking for a gym with great people, a great environment, and great workouts, CrossFit Bel Air is it.

I walked through the doors the end of January 2017 and do not ever plan to leave. All the coaches and owner, Chris, help you scale to your abilities and needs. Over these 8 years I’ve gained strength, muscle, confidence, learned a lot, and made amazing friends. I love the community here!

I joined Crossfit Bel Air last year. I have gone from barely lifting a barbell and totally out of shape to feeling confident that I can do the workouts. Every workout is different but you feel great once completed. I definitely have more energy. The coaches are great and will help modify as needed.

At CrossFit Bel Air, the owner Chris, and all the coaches, do a fantastic job of helping you understand new movements/exercises, explain how to properly scale the workout to your ability and consistently provide feedback on your form/technique etc.
The community at CFBA is fantastic as well. I love the encouragement from friends I’ve made and from folks I just met!

Started at CrossFit Bel Air back in 2018 and haven’t looked back since. This place taught me that physical health is mental health. The community here is unreal — supportive, competitive, and full of people who push you to be your best (and laugh while doing it). I’m stronger and healthier than ever and even had to buy new clothes because nothing fit anymore 😂. Learned how to actually eat right, barely drink now, and even helped start the teens class. Got my L1 in 2023, L2 in 2025, and love coaching just as much as training. Workouts are never boring, always challenging, and the people make it feel like home. CFBA changes lives — mine included.

When I first started CrossFit, I wasn’t sure if I’d like it. The workouts seemed intimidating, and I didn’t have a regular fitness routine. But once I joined, I was 100% glad that I did. The coaches are incredible—they offer modifications for every movement, correct my form, give on-the-spot feedback, and are always available to answer questions, even outside of class. Since joining, I’ve become stronger both in and out of the gym, more confident, and I’ve made great friends who are an amazing support. I was very intimidated when I started CFBA, but the community and coaches ease that feeling as soon as you walk in. The environment is very positive and supportive and it makes you want to do do better and get stronger! The Coaches are willing to help and work with each member to make sure you have a successful workout even if that means modifying a workout to your personal preference. I have learned so much about myself during my time at CF and have met friends that challenge, push and motivate me to be better in and outside the gym.

I dropped in to CFBA starting last year, during an extended stay in Bel Air and have dropped in several times since. Andy, Chris and the rest of the coaching staff are great! The members are welcoming and friendly and a good group to work out with. The programming is great and challenging! I look forward to dropping in on my next visit to the Bel Air area.

The many available class times have allowed me to workout consistently, especially during the pandemic. The kids classes with Miss Mary are fantastic for both my girls. The coaches pay a lot of attention during the classes to everyone's form and are very helpful. Even the instructors who are working out will offer their help, which says a lot for the community you can expect to find. Just like any gym, they're not perfect. The difference is that they know it and they're always trying to improve.

My name is Samantha, and I've been a member of Crossfit Bel Air for over a year now. I have played sports my entire school experience and once it was over, I was struggling to look for a gym that would work with my schedule, budget, and routine. This is not a gym you go to just to waste 2 hours of your day figuring out where to start, what to do or how to do it. These workouts are planned out by the coaches, and there is a new workout everyday, which keeps the gym interesting and challenging! Coming from a sports background, this was EXACTLY what I needed. They maintain a safe, fun environment, and they do not hesitate to make sure you are on the same page as everyone else! Think crossfit is only for buff, intense athletes? HECK NO! Here, we have people of all different sizes, ages and abilities, moms and dads, CHILDREN even, who all strive for self improvement every single day! Our community is so helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic to see what challenges we will tackle next. There is always something to learn, always something to improve, and you will ALWAYS have the best time doing so! This gym will encourage you to be more proactive and responsible throughout your hectic adult life. Here, we fully understand that life has its ups and downs, which is why we preach "progress over perfection," and we hope that you make the decision to do so as well. Come try us out for your first week FREE! If you think is not for you, that's okay! But always keep in mind that ANYONE CAN CROSSFIT! Great space but a disappointment. We dropped in for one class while visiting from Atlanta. It could of just been this one coach but there was no warm up, just "hey you have 15 minutes to warm up yourself." Then "12 minutes to do back squats" no instruction or motivation. During this time the coach was socializing with members who had done the last class and finished their WOD. He did review the movements in the workout, then after starting the clock, walked over to the kitchen area where he spent the majority of the WOD eating a plate of food and making himself a shake. My husband and I have been part of the Crossfit community for 3 years, we didn't need the instruction or encouragement but it was disappointing and I post this more for newbies or drop-ins, try another box!
